  1. Upps sorry..... But never browsed the Photograph Area.... Maybe thats the reason why not a lot members post there.... I think to rename it is much better ? I don't think its a useless Area but hard to find...
  2. Urgh, long time ago that I've seen a brass Case Throw it away and by a good cheap one....
  3. Hello Gang, I think its time for a Comparsion Area Rep To Gen.... So we have all Brands in one Area and Members can Put there comparsion Reviews in this section This makes it a lot easier for all.... What do you all think?
  4. Thanks guys, for the Insert I like it more like new The Datefont is taken from a gen Datewheel andv the numbers have serifs as it should be
  5. So this is my old MBW SD 1665 GW Mods as follows Reshaped CG's in and outside drilled Lugholes Relumed Dial and hands Some Varnish on the Dial Replaced the date wheel with flat top three Gen T-39 Gen Tube and Gen Vintage Crown Gen Insert with vintaged pearl Gen 585 Endlinks Gen Springbars He Valve Mod stripped the color from the caseback and polished the engravings out... Right GW Caseback for shure Hollow 93150 midlink Bracelet with nice Clasp and here are the Pics
  6. seems that you have a nice trip. Fantastic post in my opinion and also a great AP. Thanks for posting this
  7. A lot of members tried this in the past. It is possible for watches with no magnification. On magnification the structure of the Datenumbers is a bit blurry and this is too visible. Omega did it with flat top three wheels for the SD and in my opinion the result is really great and sorry To say much better than on Ubi wheels. Maybe a plastic based foil and a good printer will do the trick. A thin metallfoil is not really necessary in my opinion
  8. So I know that the superdome is normally only on the DRSD but if you like it why not?!? For the Vintage look I prefer while modding only to relume The markers and hands to get a creamy vintage touch and some varnish on the Dial to become slightly structure on it. For the Case CG's trimmed inside out because they are too thick from factory, Lugholes drilling and repolishing the Case back to become the engravings like worn out. For scratches and dings on the Case and Glass I leave it by the owner, I rework and polish it like new. I think they must come by wearing
  9. So this is Omegas (Bobbys) watch. Yes it was the Asia Version and the dealer claims It has sapphire on it. Bobby changed the movement to Eta on this. As Steph mentioned it's a question of taste. For myself I prefer the older modells I'm not really shure about this watch, but quality is nice. Maybe not a watch for me
  10. All I can say it's really a well made watch. The Bracelet is fantastic never seen this quality on a Rolex Rep Bracelet. The SEL's are perfect, also the Diver extenssion and Clasp is great. But the clasp is not engraved only printed. The Dial looks also great but must be matte. Case is really well made and looks identical to the real Deal. Crown looks great. The Ceramic Insert is a step back because the Numbers are too slim, Pearl looks really good but a bit too high. Too bad the Crystal is not Sapphire All in all a really well made watch. When the factorys take care of the flaws than it will be perfect
  11. Really nice, I love it BK did a great job by assembling this watch. Don't forget he get the Parts from WM9 and build every watch for every customer. Congrats to this beauty and the fantastic clean Pics.
  12. So we are all human and [censored] happens sometimes. But I think when you do a mistake for shure as a modder you must try to solve the problem. This time I have the same problem and I do my best to get This right for my own cost. Hey that's the game and it must played clean Only my two cents...
  13. Ugh 200m test passed Wow never thought that this goes so deep Really nice
  14. You are right about the Crown I put the MBW one on it
  15. Really a beauty Great work from all involved partys. I think you get a more andmore complete collection. Congrats again my friend.
  16. That's really a nice story I think your Sub travelled a lot around the world haha Thanks for your warm words and enjoy your watch
  17. Totally agreed ! The WM9 Rollies are the best what you get in time. I have the V2 Sub and I really pleased with it. Not much work on this to look near to gen. Have also ordered the new SD and LV
  18. You are right if you buy a MBW you must get a MBW and not a copy of a copy..... Reallly a shame....
  19. Too bad sorry for this ;( I have handled your case in flesh and I can agrre I think its a fake MBW one... But hey the Case is not that bad and after some work of your modder it will be a nice 1680... More shitty is that the Movement is a Fake Eta...
  20. First Datefont on the Noob,MBK etc. is completly wrong Datenumbers are too big and wrong shape... Also the Datewindow has slightly wrong shape on the Noob Dial... this makes a huge effect in magnifiaction.. When you look ate a gen one there you can see much more of the white area of the date wheel... Also the Crystal is not really much high on a gen one... The WM9 V2 Sub makes it right, this is the first time I have seen it on a Rep
  21. Looks gen, but the Dial is completly wrong for this series
  22. You all know the is a huge market for this ugly timepieces..... There are enough rich people with no taste in the whole world
