  1. Thanks By-Tor. BTW - ND Trading´s glow-in-the-dark bakelite bezel - I love it and am looking for a historically correct rep case (with lug-holes, without cg etc) to house it...and a red/black DW for 2836-2..amd old GMT hand... Sure do hope you can answer this! Sorry for asking so much and never helping people with similar problems, but that goes with the territory when one doesn´t know enough... Thanks, MG EDIT: Or should one simply buy the ND trading version at approx USD 4000 and get it over with? Seems kinda pricy, but I don´t know the cost of getting the right parts and making one from scratch...might be just as costly?

  11. merry xmas everyone I agree that this reeks of scam. However, on a more general note, the notion of RWG having a "designated fund" from which to buy either prospective "too good to be true" items or otherwise put certain dealers to an "official" test would be an interesting service. This would allow the forum to get information faster, and fewer people would get hurt. Maybe RWG should give some known, good and trusted superuser members a sum of money to use every year on risky deals. A scam purchase - well at least it´s not boring - on the contrary, its interesting. I suggest the membership cost increases in order to accommodate this service? MG
  12. Cool. A very tool-style watch
  13. You are right. The linked page says its an automatic 6497 gmt movement - so thats what I ordered. Damn, shouldve known better! Thanks a lot for that clarification Greg. Kind regards, MG
