Ha ha ha! No offense taken fellas - I know it's all in good fun. Now that I've seen PeteM's straps I'm convinced there's a reason we don't see fur straps. Those are just fugly!

Ouch! You guys are harsh. Ok, I'll admit I opened myself up to a bashing. I was thinking with all the exotic straps out there (boa, hornback, elephant, cashmere camel, etc) that someone, somewhere would have tried a fur strap. It could be gaudy leopard spots or tiger stripes, but it could also be classy like black sable.

Calatrava, it looks like we have similar tastes. I've been looking for a classic, round, white face watch that's not too busy, and the VC Patrimony is one of my finalists. I also really like the JLC Master Control. I think I like the JLC more because it has a seconds hand. Your pic of the VC Patrimony is starting to sway my decision again. Then again, that Calatrava 5127G Calatrava 5127G may be the best of them all...

Eh, not bad. I think it really depends on what you wear with it. Brown leather is standard stuff, the blue stitching could really pop with the right shirt or tie. You could also do a white strap with the white face. Something about white on white that just makes it grab attention.

Go shopping with the most stylish woman you know. Start with a great pair of shoes and work from there. Shoes are always the easiest tell. Buy fitted clothing or have your clothes tailored to get the best fit. Accessorize with a great watch.

Just make sure the watch isn't too heavy, you don't want to walk around with a limp wrist.

AskMen totally sucks! I hate to flame, but I've clicked on that site so many times and been disappointed or found myself in complete disagreement just as many times. Eh, the skull is alright, but I've seen better. Most tats have a story. What would be the story behind this one? Maybe do some sketches and create something that expresses your non-fascist interests.
