That TC bone croc is one of the best looking watch straps out there. Have one myself and need to wear it more often.

This chronograph has a certain style. This one is gold, however it is available in stainless which also looks great.

There are both models of the 183 with sandwich dial and those with no sandwich dial, known as "sausage dial". No issue here I can see, except for the lack of lugs.

Clearly the lugs are missing on this watch. The lug screws as well which further confounds the matter. Is there a port for diesel fuel? Hope not.

In China the day starts with a big breakfast. At this meal, the foremost topic is what to eat for lunch. After concluding breakfast, the preparation for lunch begins and when complete, the eating of lunch commences where the main topic of conversation is whats for dinner? Can that be right? I hope my count was not correct, but with over 7000 users here it would seem that there should be at a minimum 10% of that number paying a contribution to become a VIP or VIP Member. Granted, there are a large number of those 7K who merely register, pop in rarely and contribute not much, and the actual number of contributors by way of posting is certainly way below that figure, still it would be nice if the many people who have benefited from this place by not being ripped off from the outside jackals threw a few bucks towards the cause.

My fiddy is from Davidsen. His watches are great. Best out of the box Panerai on the market. One thing to keep in mind, his QC is hit and miss. There are those, including myself and VB who have had issues with their pams from DSN, however, he is highly responsible and will fix anything that needs fixing. Bottom line, buy from him with confidence.

All in all, Davidsens 183 seems to be the best offering for that watch from any dealer. No need to fix the canon pin, lume, and his straps are not that bad either. Damn fine out of the box rep and hard to beat.

Try and register once more, they were doing some upgrades there and perhaps your info slipped through. You would be a welcome member at RWI, I am sure.

Try this, print out photos all the same size of your top 20 candidates, fasten them to the wall, buy a bottle of good rum, drink it entirely, place a dart by your bed and when you first wake up in the morning, fling the dart at the photos and your choice will be made. Otherwise buy a Panerai 005 with a steel bracelet and you will be very happy.

While the price is to high for a rep, I paid $768 for my ceramic RG HBB and it is the best rep watch I have purchased so far. It radiates quality and is a gorgeous watch. My pleasure at owning it far exceeds any reservations that I had before the purchase, and there are no reservations or regrets now. Best decision I have made in my watch collecting adventures, so the bottom line here is that you should decide for yourself.
