    You've got a 2836-2 in a TC ?? That's interesting...I though he used the 2824-2 and SW200's for correct crown height.

    Excellent finding a gen insert for 35 bucks. I've got a couple of them...Black and the Blue and din't do anywhere near as well as you did. And if it's not gen it's the best darn looking pearl mod Ive ever seen

    That's interesting. In my opinion the Best way to a Franken is to source the parts you're wanting to use on your own. Then either build it yourself or send it to one of the Forum expert modders. It may take alot longer but it's well worth the time and efforts. In the end you'll know exactly what you have.

    I don't know whats worse...... the seller with ZERO feedback trying to pull this off or people having bids up over 1k....for what ???? The Sub in the default pic is all wrong. And the other 3 pics are all of different watches.     Awesome looking pair Freddy. And I believe you're right. I zoomed in...it appears to be a shadow over the "swiss"....not the marker itself.

    Great looking pics here....enjoyed the read. I've been watching the 216570's since they hit the market. No doubt they've made some improvements along the way. To me, the first thing I notice (and everyone else likely does too) when I look at the watch is the date. (a magnifying cyclop over it tends to draw attention) If they could just get that damn date centered and aligned I'd likely pull the trigger on a Black one.

    It's a very good looking dial but all wrong for your build Freddy. Just send it to me and go find yourself a better one (of course I'm just kiddin') I know nothing about the Daytonas and such....is the marker at 6 position supposed to cover up "Swiss"..??
