Thanks guys. Btw, thrvthing that really annoys me is the fact that the crown was oriented just right.
I got a full gasket kit full of all of the o-rings from Clark's when I first started this build. Gary will help anyone with that.
Not to be outdone. The DSN 210 I recently purchased. Movement change and back in order with a MM soft calf Zulu strap and PVD hardware. Enjoying a Moreti La Rossa while doing homework.

Thanks Nanuq. I have tried the file route but don't want to damage the teeth. Needless to say I'm MAD that this happened. The watch had turned out exactly how I wanted it. LOL
I have to not only heat the case(OCD me used epoxy to seal it) but carefully tap the tail out of the case.
Now in the search for another Gen tube.

Anyone in NYC or nearby areas with this tool set for me to borrow for the weekend? The tube on my Tudor just broke(stupid old beds at the hospital) and I need to replace it. I twas thinking of molding the tool with clay and then use JB weld and ferrous powder to make a set. Thanks in advance.

Freddy, all I can say is AWESOME!!!!!
Akira,
You can always build a monster 'Tona like I am with the 7750(with complete auto winding) and a "mystery" case I received a few months back. I changed the crystal and loving the dial.
The 16520 case I have will work on a dial that size. It houses a 7750 auto and everything seems to be ok. Look for one of those reps. I saw on another forum one with a bad 7750(probably bad keyless or chrono setting) sell for 90.

W0lf, HEV for sure. I'll take pics. E
What I meant to say is that the seadweller cases that I have seen(silix special including) have an HEV that goes through the case. The SSD that I am working on for Duke has a correctly oriented HEV where the valve itself pushes out, not in. I sealed his just to be on the safe side, but it have read that these z series cases have passed the WR tests with no issues.
