Try using your fingers and put some pressure on the part that's higher, it may just snap in to place. They are pressure fitted. If it won't budge with finger pressure then I would just leave it/live with it.

Woa, I was sure that was it. I never realized that it was not a reflection. I looked at the dial for a while, it looks like a normal radial dial to me, I can't see it
