The new ones are $150 rep/Invicta/Sandoz quality watches... obviously assembled in Far East. They have basic ETA movements inside. Seen a few of them in the watch forums. Looks like genuine to me. The case looks good. Perhaps the watch came with replacement dial? It's kinda strange to see non-painted hour markers with vintage pearl.
