get a good pin remover, take the bracelet off the watch head and put it in the freezer. it helped, I swear. I broke all my pins sizing mine. good luck

very interesting, not sure if it is gen or not. here is mine, and other than my bracelet, looks awefully similar, guess that says alot for my rep here is a pic of a gen. item to notice; the numerals and the amount of white in the numbers. its centered and thinner on a gen. also, as far as I know, and the experts can correct me, only later models with sel bracelets would have an etched crown on the crystal, and as I have observed with a brand new exp I at the AD, it is near invisible. would be interested in seeing the ad link... thanks for sharing

Chiefs AR allows for a more true reading of the actual color of the dial. The UPO dial has a nice matte black dial. With chiefs AR it is an awesome matte black dial. I cant urge you more than to get it done... Here is mine with chief AR. For comparision, here is the watch with no AR. You cant really appreciate the dial texture thru all the glare.

I say gen. Crown position, rehaut, sel's all look gen.

Welcome My INGE has never been questioned. I highly reccomend one. Mine has been modded with a lello datewheel and The Zigmeister lume. Another is the explorer I. Clean design, not fussy, classic. Good luck with your search and I say buy what you like.

@OP, watch looks great. I am so torn between this and the 5004. @dsv, vac is great. the BR02 is great. The 5002 is great. no matter what your choice I think you are going to be GREAT;0

I agree with lani upgraded AR is a must. the nato pic is with AR, the rubber pic is with factory ar. HUGE difference...

very nice. Wear her well. I went thru 4 pins resizing my upo, but once its sized, its all set. I also wear her on these. the black nato is very nice and comfortable, as is the rubber.

hmm, well, let me know if you are going to sell. The noob factory expII can take a gen crystal, and the one dluddy speaks of can take a gen dial. My expII has a gen tube and crown, the rep tube will not take a gen on any. my chs movement came from a non noob expII. it needs new hands, as mine are not very good.

@dluddy, you might be able to score one since today was a rain out, I know I am making a few calls tonight its me and my inge again, next to my favorite chair in Fenway...

if it is a white dial, send it to me my chs expII needs a gen dial
