I say live with the scratch. the UPO is a tool watch, yes its pretty too, but its built to take the abuse.
But if you still want to replace it, the dog's advise is the best you can get.
I agree with the dog. Post all the info as to not make our amazing modders seem like the bad guys. We are very fortunate to have watchdog and vac and leading people to believe either one of them is stringing you along is just plain wrong.
I had this happen to an old seamaster rep I had (10+ years ago). It was a mineral crystal and it was not installs correctly and caused uneven pressure on the crystal. I set the watch down one day, face down, and pop, she cracked just like yours. I was able to take it back to the place I bought it (a mall kiosk) and he threw in a new crystal.
Follow nanaq's advice and you will be allset. Good luck

@ jody73- I played Lego Indiana Jones on the PS3 with my 6 year old son, and had a blast every time. he bought the cheat guide with his own money and pushed us both to complete the game 100%. we tried lego batman, graphics are great, just a bit too hard for him.
Listening to joe on pandora right now. He'sn amazing player and a great guy to boot. Met him here in Boston twice. If you like blues guitar check him out.
