Hi all, just received my new Ingy on bracelet. I was wondering if I should invest in a kevlar strap, to have an alternative dress for it, just in case. Anyone tried this one ?

I like it Something I don't understand however : Perfect clones says it has a synthetic crystal and TT says mineral... Besides, does synthetic mean plexi ? In this case, is it possible to have an AR coating on synthetic ?

Received my K2222'd (not any more) Lite HBB today ! All praises sung here on the boards are RIGHT ! The result is gorgeous ! And finally I could mount my (PVD coated) knurled bezel. And here we have : Big Bang Rebirth ! (more pictures and movie soon...) Thx K2222 for the perfect job, and also to UB7 who supplied me with the Holy Bezel ! Even if that was an overcost of 130 dollars, I think it's now really very close to the gen... Maybe a DW swap would be the final touch...

Long time ago I proposed the following for trade : use PayPal as a third party. Define a certain amount that each one is able to pay to the other. Then once both members have paid the other, send the watch. In case of problem, there's the ultimate solution of filling a complaint.

Thx for the update. I DO appreciate the idea of not dropshipping. It does not avoid troubles, but at least the dealer controls these troubles. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons I am buying regularly from Watchmark, and I feel he deserves his place as a confirmed dealer... Interesting to know you have other rep articles too.

I have always thought that replacing more easily in such cases was the explanation of their higher prices. Any other explanation why you would pay 20-30% more for any rep ?(their = TT & PC)

The blue dial on the Asian is not the same "burnt" blue, is it ? That would be perfection for the price.

This Patek seems an excellent value for money for those who can't or don't want to pay for the expensive MBK (>450 USD) or chinese copy of it (>300USD). Asian movements are usually reliable, they represent a big part of my collection and have never shown to be more problematic than the swiss ones, honestly. I have only one year and 3 monthes overview however. The Miyota 8215 is even excellent IMO, but I have no idea what's in this one. I'd be interested on how's the bracelet. A keypoint on cheaper reps. I have seen similar ones on cqout, but with the advantage of TTK's one that they seem to have a better crown, or better said "crownguard", sorry if I'm not clear enough. The movement on TTK's version also seems nicer, I mean from the aesthetics point of view (golden colour). The display caseback is also a nice option. The rotor seems engraved ? (no stickers ?) Personally I would go for it if I was sure the bracelet is not rubbish. But before, make sure you're ready for the rep business...

Welcome to my new fantasy replica : a (quartz!) TAG Heuer MONZA, Calibre36... The Calibre36 is an automatic movement that beats at 36000 bph, enabling an accuracy of 1/100th second. No chance to see it in a rep of course. Mine is equipped with the very standard (yet unproblematic) Miyota OS 20 Quartz movement.

With all its flaws, it's still a sexy military type watch. I would buy it if they did a 39mm version. And for the price...

I remember to read from TTK that the gen doesn't have one either. My chinese version didn't. And finally, I also remember to read that the MBK has a normal crown.
