Guys just received another PM asking where to renew/get a VIP so maybe change the symbol for that (shopping cart top of home page by the way) for long time guys in a new place and for new guys well hard to find. LINK: https://rwg.cc/store/ Our VIPs are very reasonable (take a look only 15 USDs for 6 months!) and considering the vast amount of knowledge here and the time we all spend well worth it, so support RWG and follow the link!

AH! My very knowledgeable friend legend has some answers for you and not to worry we are a group of friends here we help each other, it is not a pain.
-
I'm conus but there are guys UK/EU who can help although none I use.
-
If he is capable of working on the movement and doing the mods consider it a a golden find! PS treat him well and pay the price if so you are lucky!
-
AH went for the 44, 42 more my speed but wear in good health my friend................
-
Freddie I do not know of any "jewelers" who can perform a service on a Asian movement forget the mods find a rep modder.
-
Well I do not know the ins and outs of the 3135 sure others will chime in but a service is a very good idea right from the get go. Next question is who is going to service it unless you have somebody.
-
Nice TF 42 right?
-
Sgt good to see you we must catch up, PM me when you have the time.

Now discussing watches is what we do here getting into the finer points of names/classification well OK but it is all about how you say it. To answer your question capre yes they have a grudge the vitriol is due to it and I could not have said it better than you did above. We are supposed to be a group of friends sharing this ain't RWI so cut the shit both of you never mind who posted the first let us say outside of friends sharing attack that is obvious. This thread was running along so nicely too so disappointed it devolved into what it is and there was no need for it. Now let's play nicely gents.

Well I guess everybody would like to go back to our old sales section that is pretty unanimous. Now as to dealer activity it is because of who we are, a lot less one watch wonders here we mod a lot, get parts etc, so our core guys buy watches but not in great numbers. (we are busy modding) Now if you are a dealer w/ limited time where you going to post this new stuff here or over by the one hit wonders boards who do not know shit, think about it. You know the dealers always complain about noobs but our guys are no picnic, we know our movements, case sets and dials that can be a real PIA also when the factory puts out pretty much what they please. Tf you come here to chill with the big boys many have been at it for years with many many watches we tend not to jump at the new V whatever (been there done that)so again less to made dealing with old timers like we have here. 8

Diesel like it or not the sales board drives clicks I think it is very safe to say we of all the boards are modding focused . We get chided about it elsewhere as we are more quiet busy getting parts, researching and learning so again I think we are pretty safe there. PS Toro , Any of us can edit your area just PM somebody and it will get done. Take a look at all the dealers watches, parts , straps etc and how many there are. We can not keep track of it too many of you guys how could we, think about it if we are not looking at one of your sites to buy something we will not know. I hope this makes sense to you and our members but our policy of dealers being responsible on updating their site changes (or contacting us to do so) is the most efficient way to do it.
-
IMHO you pretty much nailed it there Rick once again. There is one other that is prelevant although not to flattering to the hobby, our one watch wonders who stop in asking what's the best REP of this or that expecting guys w/ years of time put in to hold their hand to get a watch to show off as gen and then disappear.
-
Toro you should be able to edit your area if not we can address that and suggestions are certainly welcome, the " I see that nobody cares " comment was not nor do I like it this way.
-
Toro I was under the impression that it was the dealers responsibility to update their sites. If you or any dealer is having a problem editing your area to update we are here to help but we are volunteers this is how you guys make a living hence it's the dealers responsibility to provide their customers w/ up to date access.

Legend: for ruining all other watch-smiths for me forever

Well that explains the wrist alright! -
Which TD has the best QC in your opinion?
Mike on a bike replied to tframo's topic in General Discussion
He is not Hayden but he is a good one I know of him. PS guys of course most of you know we share some TDs w/ our brother boards some are unique to certain boards, in some cases it is by choice as they want to concentrate their efforts one place to provide superior service as I believe it is w/ Fat Panda. -

Are sales slow or am I asking too much?
Mike on a bike replied to tyrantblade's topic in General Discussion
Should move now fluffy but to echo most you have a good chance of losing less on the piece if you set it right first.
