  1. You maybe right but in most cases I can not even buy them or find them for some brands so just happy to call give them model number and pay if I must.
  2. Yes they are, so now I am looking at a much more expensive auto from one of their houses and can buy with confidence as they will send me the links my massive wrists require. Smart business on their part...........
  3. Well as we all beat up on Swatch group and for good reason I thought I'd mention this. Black Friday MOAB must buy watch you know how it is................ So I decide my TI Citizen Eco-Drive chrono as great as it feels on (there new coating whatever it is is bullet proof by the way, not a scratch) must be replaced. Hey any reason will do right , hate to press button on the chrono to count respiratory rate on my patients anyway. So all over the net am I model after model, get it down to a few search prices on them everywhere come up with a Tissot PR 100 quartz , no mechanical for work grab and go. So at 8.4 in height nice and slim, 38MM but all dial will work just fine 100 meters water proof checks all the boxes. Now I find this for $166 bucks which is a steal take the model number and search doubt you find it that cheap again. https://www.google.com/search?q=T049.410.44.067.00+&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=T049.410.44.067.00&tbm=shopI went from site to site just exactly how long is the bracelet ( must do this with every watch) well might fit might not.............. So it comes in a few days perfect all the goodies box etc and I put it on just a bit to tight no good. Now I call Swatch repair center in Seacaucus NJ get their parts guy on the phone "got this as a gift to tight" says I. No problem he replies, three extra links sent no muss no fuss no charge at all! Bottom line is the evil Swatch takes care of there customers...........................
  4. Welcome to the wild-west of USA EU guys, buyer beware!
  5. Thanks! All I get is this one: want the stainless.............. Ah it would seem that in some pics looks black PVD which it is, in others like yours more gunmetal.
  6. Correct no rep is that, "P" you have a model number would like to do a search on price of gen?
  7. Ask for a pic with hand written date unless he a gen around that should get you there.
  8. Yes I took a look, one was a rep strap so obvious it was glaring. Matter of fact I think I have one of those pieces of crap around! Cursto I guess thanks for posting but he would not catch many from the rep boards with his crap.
  9. Well he takes Pay Pal right so send back get your money or CC your OK also, no?
  10. Well at least they had the sense to put the crown on the inside! 51mm is a coco-clock...............
  11. Well it's that time again and I want to have these watches to our winners before Christmas. As some know once a year I do an at cost raffle for our members in appreciation of their support for RWG. So plenty of bang for the buck here here gents so don't miss out. I am taking my usual crappy pics today and will most likely spend hours getting it all put up , but I'm used to it. So a little sneak peek here of a couple while I figure out the rest........................... Well everybody wants one to check them out so we will have the new Omega 300 Spectra from denimhead brandy new on the Nato. https://rwg.cc/topic/181770-reserved-for-mr-bikes-raffleintimeco-omega-seamaster-300-co-axial-liquid-metal-v6f-version Next a real nice Gen so New Years Eve you will not be wearing a rep. Take a look see............. Brand new all plastic on box etc running on an ETA 2892 or could be the 2895 seen both specked out fits me a bit loose so everyone good! The Anthracite Dial is stunning and well the bracelet a cut above just about anything I have had on.................... Of course there will be more, vintage 5513 Rolex, a Fifty Fathom just to name a few so put a few bucks aside to get in!!
  12. No clue myself but the guys will know!
  13. Hey Umpa glad you see you stopping in. When it comes to vintage Rolex this is the place, just an amazing depth of knowledge here. Was researching the hand stacks last week ran across this: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=194542 Do they have it right guys?
  14. Kernow true , being involved is key also. I will give you guys an example of a member with no feedback that I would sell/buy to/from without reservation "cavi' been here just 6 months 352 posts, I know what he does for a living, what watches he bought (uses TDs) , and what watch his son wears. Others may not know him as well but as I am here a lot I do, if they contacted me in regard to do a deal I'd say "go". It's not all about feedback on deals.
  15. You should be fine w/ a BK sub, just fine.
  16. It's half price on special and your worried about screws...............Toro I owe you a drink.
  17. https://rwg.cc/topic/181776-omega-300m-spectre-007#comment-1448445 check here.
  18. I hear they are hard to find as in sold out. But there will be one in our upcoming raffle!
  19. Dmitiry you are playing the odds " Fortunately I dealt with highly upstanding members " this increases your odds of not getting screwed so that is the way to go till you are known. Buy the seller not the watch.
