I'm scared my IWC Gst or Slevin might lose a pusher, last time I opened the caseback I checked inside: there were screws but apparently It wasn't possible to screw them fully in (screw keeps turning if you use a screwdriver) and it wasn't possible to remove the screw either.
How can i be sure they are safe?
I'm aware it sounds like a stupid question but believe me they weren't working like common screws.

Does it look gen to you? Pushers look like in the early rep version to me, i'm no expert though
Same here, my movement runs great the only issue is the subdial hand at 6-o-clock... annoying to say the least
I've got no balls to dismantle the movement and fix it, i'm afrais i wouldn't be able to complete successfully such a complicate task....it's not like fixing a keyless work on a 2824
