  1. yes I did, unfortunately it's not a straight fit but it's a very easy task, you just need some sandpaper and a lot of patience
  2. It's a bracelet of an old Mark XV rep, bought many months ago
  3. yeah..i though as much Thank you
  4. uhmm.. I would like to know the answer too. Is the OD and ID the same on the two inserts? thanks
  5. Same here, 42mm is fine, 44-46 way too big
  6. I have exactly the same impression and it starts to annoy me a lot
  7. it's a very well done watch, very accurate too, just look at the datewheel and compare it to some pics of the gen chopard imperiale.
  8. double post, sorry
  9. very accurate and classy rep, quartz, 36mm
  10. For diameter < = 36mm I would vote a Chopard Imperiale
  11. Thanks, you got 2 great portofino there
  12. No idea if there's the same dial color in gen but it looks great to me Mind if I ask which dealer sells this Portofino?
  13. It's not as good as yours but I can't complain,
  14. Good choice, I am a big AT fan too
  15. I wasn't aware of that either, good to know.
  16. Excellent write up as usual from a knowledgable omega fan
  17. machete, thank you
  18. Get well soon and stronger than ever hambone
  19. Buddy the SMP is a tank, it sits high on the wrist. I had a rep and I sold for that reason. The AT is an evergreen, you never get bored of her understated beauty. For me it's an easy choice.
  20. I am in no way a professional but to be honest I much prefer manual levers to the Presto tool
  21. No chance to have few comparison pics?
  22. one of the few who can source gen IWC parts, Hugo Alves or Hacra is the forum username. Not sure he's still interested to sell gen IWC parts though Yeah, I agree, comparison shots would be greatly appreciated.
  23. Do you think it would be possible to have some comparison macro shots? It would be great to see differences between gen and rep dial. Thanks in advance
