So earlier this week the new PAM 389 arrived from Toro (another 2 days from HK to UK by DHL) and I must say that I am very pleased with her. My only criticism is the bezel mechanism is not as smooth as the Bronzo from the same ZF factory and also supplied by Toro however apart from that it is a beautiful and very comfy watch. Regards AJ

That sounds like a good challenge! No, I do not see that happening, sorry. I am very fond of all three and each has its own role. The Fiddy for days and evenings out, the Bronzo for jeans and casual days and the 389 for diving of course baby! Regards and thanks AJ

Thanks Jkay AJ

Legend I do not know, however have never seen these guys, do you use them? AJ

That'll do it Mike. On the second treatment (I like dark patination) I took the caution of covering the pearl with a tiny ball of Play Dough plasticine however on teh first treatment it did not make any effect, it does remove the paint in the 12 to 3 indices but thats all part of the ageing. AJ

Its version 2 actually doing the job, regular household oven cleaner spray! AJ

Another Fantastic deal and delivery from Toro via DHL, left HK on the 21st, here on my wrist in the UK the 23rd! Here's some photos with her sisters the fast ageing PAM 382 and my gorgeous Swiss Marlin Fiddy (127) Regards AJ

Thanks Mike Once again I call upon the addage 'Buy the seller and not the watch' however add, Sell to the buyer that you can do some due diligence on, its all too easy to get had over. I did that with a Vertu phone for $1250 and the guy said he never got it so I lost the phone and no money! AJ

Great talking point though and completely original! AJ

IMHO it is just a tad too blingy in polished/brushed form and attracts far too much attention when wearing her, now she just looks like an old Submariners piece from WWII AJ

Decided (again) to go for the Patina look on the Bronzo. This is a 30 minute deal you simply immerse in Oven cleaner and watch! AJ

Many thanks MM. Regards AJ
