The other has the correct Cartier at the 7 and the crown area (all of it) looks better. How much $$ difference? The bad signature kills it. Imo.

It's too clean to be a mistake, like a blob or smudge. The next couple hundred may look the same=same batch, so you'll be wasting the time and patience of the TD. And if you know its a Rep then accept Rep faults. If the number was crooked or peeling off that's another thing. And most won't know the difference even if you point it out.
