Vic, that 113 is so cool. Never cared much for the white dials... until now. As for me, I'm wearing... nothing (on my wrists). The kids are resting in their box for the evening. Tomorrow will probably be a 092 on SS or a Fiddy Day. Perhaps both =)
I'm surprised that dozens haven't jumped all over this already. The Sant*s is a stunner. This is the watch you wear while sipping Krug at the Dorchester as you make Oscar Wilde witticisms in an attempt to impress all of your polo mates.
You can even wear it with sandals. It's that cool.
Enjoy! Great to see it on the SS bracelet, the way it should be. Worn the gen, and simply love this watch. I've found that the gen Carrera looks good in pictures, but in person, the Aquaracer steals the show.
Simply gorgeous. Re the TT Sant*s, I am hoping they'll get the dial right, and then I'll be the first in line!erwinner: your choice is simple: 177H. Great minds think alike. HK's doing my chrono strap.
Those I've seen on the Ladies' Cart Franc. don't look genuine from less than 1 meter away in my opinion. Same goes with the PP 24, although it's more due to the somewhat inaccurate setting of the stones.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the DR is T39 domed and the GW is T39 flat. I'm doing my GW domed since it's a DR case back anyway. So it looks like I replaced the dial. Not my idea--got it from readings of the WIS here...
Laz, wear it well, my friend. I think it's one of the most beautiful pieces out there. Mix of sport & elegance. Good to note that it has a thin profile for fitting under cuffs.
FWIW I got it the first time ;-)
Andreww - enjoy! I have the SS fantasy version on blue leather strap. Nice piece. Just saw the gen ti in the (horrible Hollywood) movie, Blood Diamond.
