  1. The family was gathered, with all generations around the table. Mischievous teenagers put a Viagra tablet into Grandpa's drink, and after a while, Grandpa excused himself because he had to go to the bathroom. When he returned, however, his trousers are wet all over. "What happened, Grandpa?" he is asked by his concerned children. "Well," he answered, "I don't really know... I had to go to the bathroom... So I took it out and started to pee, but then I saw that it wasn't mine, so I put it back.
  2. I've posted these before, but, it won't hurt to do it again. This is mine, it's a gen. You can see the differences immediately. Why in the world they can't get it right is beyond me. Tim
  3. Look up Virgin Gorda. Quiet, removed and beautiful. Hard place to get to, but worth it. Also, check out "The Baths" on Virgin Gorda. Totally beautiful. During the last ice age bolders from Western North Carolina were picked up by the ice movement and planted off the shore of Virgin Gorda. Fascinating place. But, it depends on what you want. Tim
  4. So? Buy one, you'll like it. End of story. I have a gen and the cloned rep of it. I wear the rep. Nice watch. BTW, it's make in TW, not T-land.
  5. That's a great watch. I keep hoping I'll run across one. Congrats!
  6. "Duh" http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=35938&st=0
  7. "There's a sucker born every minute...and two to take 'em." Joseph ("Paper Collar Joe") Bessimer. No, not P.T. Barnum
  8. I had a laugh this past weekend. I had to bring my iMac to the Mac Doctor for repair. It's in a mall and in that mall is a Neiman-Marcus department store. So, after dropping off the iMac I walk into Neiman-Marcus for a look see. I walked over to the watch counter, saw some nice watches, nothing great, massive prices, when a guy walks up to me and says he's the "buyer" for watches and complimented me on my Patek (jumbo) Nautilus. He asked if he could see it and I said, "Sure." I took it off, he examined it and told me what a wonderful watch it was. I thanked him and walked out of the store chuckling to myself. Funny stuff. Tim
  9. Yesterday I found the request from the Admin buried deep, and forgotten, in past posts. If you're like most people that comes down to "out of sight, out of mind." So, I posted what I did, in BOLD type, to resurrect it, or, more, to bring it back to the forefront. I believe that participating in a private forum has it advantages regardless of the subject matter. The community is typically "interested" in the content and behavior of what is of interest to them. So, IMO, to "ask" (KEYWORD) fellow "interested" members to step up if they see value in the forum isn't distasteful, nor, should it be viewed as badgering fellow members. This forum is a microcosm of society. Some step up and participate, some don't. Which one are you?
  10. Is this approximately all that donated? I thought it was a cheap donation at 40 bucks. WAY TO STEP UP THERE FOLKS.
  11. I thought I'd take a moment and post these two photographs of my Aquatimer. This is a gen, not a rep. You can compare the backs and see how close they are. Tim
  12. That's a nice clean back. Happy to see the corrected the "Co" with the correct "CO."
  13. Makes sense to me. Individually, I have absolutely no idea why anyone would want to buy this watch, or, for that matter any watch that would require the A7750 to perform multi-functions. For the most part the A7750 tells decent time. I have a couple of them, but they only deal with the hours and seconds. Works pretty good, too. I'd rather spend my cash on a few MBW's, which I have, and get some quality. But, if you want just a show piece on your wrist to dazzle them (until someone has one calls you down) then go for it. Your cash, your loss. Tim
  14. Needless-to-say you haven't been reading the authoritative reviews on this #^$*%# "thing." You want an over priced show piece or a watch? Try one of the new TX watches if you want a show piece with a lot of glitch, and, to boot, IT WORKS!
  15. I had one hit by scrappnel from a mortor round once and it stopped working, but, I suppose that's not what you experienced......
  16. The guy's an idiot. He had the world by the balls and he got into dog fighting. Moron. The Feds do NOT hand down groundless indictments. When they issue an indictment they got you by the short hairs and it's just a matter of time before the hammer falls. Not that I care, but, it appears as if Vick's NFL days are numbered.
  17. Exactly and what mystifies me is no one seems to care about the obvious defects. It's like sex, you just have to have it. Well, I can do very well with out especially after reading: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showto...mp;#entry273929 Like, HELLO people, are you reading what this watch is really all about, or, don't you care? A Timex is built better.
  18. Yeah, I wanna own one of those HBB's! NOT!
  19. I need at least two. I emailed you about it. Tim
  20. He's usually on top of these situations when they come up. Did Biver respond to you yet?
  21. Photos 2, 3, 4 & 5 are the same. Photo 1 is of a different boat.
