I had no complaints on the MKII Kingston I owned. Well, except for maybe the price...
My Armida was built like a tank and the lume was torchy like a Seiko. It really depends on what youre getting I guess.
Found the maker!

Can't wait for this build. After its completion, I am hoping to see a complete watch box shot with the rest of your collection.
I am a lil confused on the hands. Were they gold from Rolex or was it silver that exposed the brass over time?
Just received one of the new cartels. Such an improvement. Would have been perfect if it had a hugher crown position. Can't beat it for the price though
The stem height is different. These cases work best with a 2836/2846 ETA or clone. You can possibly get by if you use a H4 canon pin and have the right amount dial spacer. I mean you can assemble everything and get it to work as is but over time the awkward winding angle will kill the movement.
I think your biggest hurdle will be the bezel. Tempus uses the original Rolex bezel and machines the coin edge to it. I don't think the HR bezel is compatible with the Noob SubC. However, if you prove me wrong then hoooray! The dial on the Tempus watch isn't printed. It is actually exposed gilt similar to the dials that cc33 uses on his builds. With that said, good luck. Definitely a cool build..
