  1. Welcome to the forums, Tanner. Spend plenty of time reading, and learning about reps, TD's, and reviews, and you are halfway there
  2. Welcome to RWG, Stex. Spend some time familiarising yourself with the forums, and its various sections, and you will soon notice that everything you need to know is available right at your fingertips
  3. Just heard back from Mark on the red coloured tool he used, and got this reply..
  4. Thanks Benjamin Ah, just looked, not that part mate, the red tool he used to physically pull out the pin from the bracelet, after he pushed it out partially.
  5. Great video that. Anyone know what the name of the tool Mark used to extract the bracelet pin after he pushed it partially out?
  6. Not too bad looking that for the money, well done.
  7. Welcome to RWG, just go to the Trusted Dealer section, take your time, look around, and you will find all the information you need with regards to contacting them.
  8. Congrats on your Birthday and watch mate, your wife sounds cool.
  9. Welcome aboard, indeed, stick with our Trusted Dealers, and you will be fine
  10. To remove the pearl from the insert, you need to do this with the insert removed from the watch, and then with the pearl facing down in a micro cloth, poke the back of the pearl with a small pointed tool, and it will pop out.
  11. There are several threads, and posts already covering this my friend. Its a tough call for some, whilst others they just snap in. Personally, I would try to fit your insert with the bezel assembly installed on the watch case using a press. If you decide to remove the bezel, you need a bezel removal tool, but beware, on the TC sub, its possible you will pull out the crystal too, as it is a very very tight fit.
  12. Welcome to the forums. Have you tried asking your TD of choice?
  13. Welcome aboard, yes, these forums are different from the other RWG. Different community, TD's, and different banter
  14. Just to touch on the above post from myself, regarding the sealing of a watch crystal, you can also use UV activated glue which is quite a popular choice in watchmaking.
  15. Whenever I do any internal work on a watch, I always grease the o-ring/s. When waterproofing a watch, I use Marine epoxy to seal off the non-functioning He valves on reps. On some watches that fail WR testing due to the crystal seal, I first remove crystal, clean all mating surfaces, replace gasket for new, and try again, if it fails once again, then I pop the crystal, and then apply a very thin layer of Resi-Bond to the gasket, then when crystal is pressed in, leave for 48 hours, then test again.
  16. I like it, and will be getting myself one once I have my new Diver (AP).
  17. Welcome to RWG Take your time, and familiarise yourself with what the forums have to offer
