Yeah the gen weave dial did exist. It's supposed to replicate the seat stitching of a Bentley GT

I once ordered a PO rubber strap from TP Republic and was quite disappointed. I thought it was massively overpriced. Ended up getting the rep rubber strap and clasp from Joshua and was very pleased.

The price of reps has skyrocketed in the past year or two and with no real justification. Take a look at the latest Zenith rep. No real advance over an iwc 3777 rep but $150 more? For what?

Going of the blurb that is written, the countdown is faux. It is only the centre secs chrono and secs at 6 that works? There seems to be more and more cartel a7750 watches being released with faux features

They wasted the opportunity to make a great rep. Wasted the use of an ETA 251. The dial is a cheaply made sandwich dial, which introduces a sunken date. The alleged Arabic dial has white lume instead of rhodium indices. The list goes on. An awful replication.

I had the 2nd gen CrPO (gen) which I sold because the rep CrPO was so good.

On A gen silver dial breitling, the hands should be smoke Tinted, Not just plain silver as on the blue and black dial versions. In the pic above I see they are reflecting off a dark surface. Could do with another pic in daylight

So.... I emailed PC to ask if they could supply me the correct hand set if I bought their Navi. He replied to say that the rep was 100% correct and that they used a gen to replicate it... So I sent the picture comparison below Despite the difference of opinion they will not supply the hand set that I want. So it's a deal breaker for me

They probably put a dw overlay on top of the original dw, which means the chrono minute wheel would have to go. As long as the overlay didn't foul anything else, I don't think it makes it any less reliable than usual.

....Yeah I'm surprised that one one else has discussed it here aswell. I just noticed another flaw on it...... ....check out the large chrono seconds hand..... the tip should be a red arrow!!! I think it's best wait for the V1.5 already!

It is hard to read this thread and not get emotional. Cats, you have been a respected, as well as respectful, member here as long as I can remember. We are all strangers but yet we seem to know each others humour, tastes and lifestyles. I know you have always been proud of your son. To read your posts about your illness have been both sad but inspiring to me. It certainly puts life into perspective. As a devoted father of 2 young sons I can't imagine how difficult this time must be for you all. I'm genuinely gutted for you. My thoughts and prayers go to you and your family. I hope that they will cherish every memory of your time together.
