I actually think our adm/mod is going a great job by not saying too much during this very sensitive time....thinking about when was the last time you see a policy maker talking to reporter before they announce some important rules.

If this Ferrari can compare to the Gen Pam.....it must be really good then. Looks like the 0008 will move up another slot on my wish list.

At this stage we have little idea what is happening behind the scene, what I mean is what kinds of "trouble" the Host or the owner of this board is facing? Did they get some sort of warning shot from a lawyer or they just panic.....we don't really know. If "they" try to completely shut down the "industry" then all board + all the website would have facing the same problem now. My guess is it could be a "local" issue and I hope I'm right. One thing is sure: some people not too happy about too many rep on the street but shut down this site and use it as an example will have zero effect on this issue. When authority trying to crack down some "issue" they usually going after the "big fish" and target the source first and I don't think we are the "fish". However, the board may have to start thinking about stop listing the dealers' site or members need to stop mentioned name (I'm 100% agree with TTK on this) because those are part of promoting the sale of rep and it looks bad in some people's eye. What I can see here is we all need to prepare for some adjustment.....I guess time will tell. *If you hang out on any public forum you will know that Noob questions, hate post or non-sense thread are common things. Mod can always remove the post, give a warning shot or even banned that member if they think he/she is way out of line. Just need some enforcement. Let's don't focus on that as we have a much bigger problem here.

The trade section is important especially the one for members.....just tell me how can we sell our rep without it? Standing on the street and flash the watch or post a pic at your local supermarket...? Also, I believe the secondary market here can indirectly help the flow of rep, a member can buy a new rep after he/she sell some from the collection, and some member can pick up a rep with lower price.....need I say more? Since most of us know the dealers website...., it only take a day or 2 more for us to find out the new products w/o the dealer trade section, not a big deal cuz you can still visit their website or album.

not only today the trade area is gone..my photobucket album

are you talking about your own personal photo[censored]et album? Doesn't make any sense.....since you are NOT a dealer or any selling party. Something is not right. -
trade gone. BUT what about the parts and straps?!
who replied to Defender110's topic in General Discussion
what about the "Wanted" section..... telling people what I want is not illegal, right? I'm sure there's member looking for parts for their project and I just hope we can restore some part of the trade section. -
This is an interesting story... may be they will keep buying the OEM parts and try to fit it in. I think they may call you once they find out all genuine parts don't fit.

cool.....now I am really looking forward to receive my rubber strap.
-
which one feel better, the one with SS bracelet or rubber strap?

another good example to the use of "search" function properly I wish I see this post early.... I saw one of this TAG being offer few days ago but I didn't pay too much attention cuz I thought the bezel is different. Good job....and damn you just make me pay more attention to the TAG now Edit: I re-read BT's review and find all the answer there.

This is not a good news to us.....I'm sure we will find a solution.

What's the average lifetime of an Asian 7750 watch?

After you finish reading this Post, you will have some idea. -
I never heard you have to enter SS# into pp, are you sure about that? Beware any email from "paypal" claiming you have add an address or need to confirm your info....etc. Never click on the "link" in those email and submit your personal info like acct number/ password. I got those email from time to time and not one of them is real

@deltatahoe.....Thanks so much for hosting this mini-GB so we can all save a few bucks for the next rep

Like another member just point out, the "04" is a rep of REDUCE model, which is suppose to say "Automatic" on the dial. The "03" is based on full size moon watch, the text "Professional" is correct. No moon watch has correct sub-dial spacing, some should come with solid case back but i guess we don't mind to have see-thur case back. If you like the "03" model....check out Sash's, he got the same watch with better price.

I agree with Chief.....you can't really fool any hardcore enthusiast. Anyway, it must be a great feeling to have someone to show some compliment.

I'm happy to join either the Delta's list or the Big's list btw, I'm in nyc.

On Kowloon side...many shop (AD) is along Nathan Road, fromTST all the way to Monk Kok. One thing great about shopping for genuine watch in HK is: most of the popluar model are in stock and if that branch don't, they can call around and probably bring it in from another branch in 2-3 hours. I see noone talk about rep......you can find rep pretty wasy, just goto "Woman's Market" or they called "Woman's street" that street is located in M.K also. Few block east from Nathan Rd. Beware most cc company pose surcharge when you buy stuff oversea.....call them to find out. HK change a lot in 15 yrs....like a new airport (#2 in the world), DisneyLand and many more nice building. Have fun.

@deltatahoe....still have room to fit one more ?

This is the first time I see some upclose photo of the P.O. Chrono version...it looks better than I think. Is the watch come with leather strap? Thanks for the great report -
