They have been certified over a period of time and in the unlikely event that there is a problem with a purchase the moderators here can help. Unknown/untrusted sites we cannot help with. In the sense that I had it built by Micky, then yes it is. The basis for it was an older model Seamaster and I had Micky fit a reversed date wheel, a Prof 2xAR crystal and colour change the hands. I then installed a ceramic bezel insert from eBay. This was done before Omega released their new ceramic chronographs with the coloured hands - they must have approved of my idea!
