Lol, too funny. I looked hard at the rolls too. I already have a nice travel case, but I am already paying for shipping so was trying to find something else to get....That grey suede looks great with that faded insert. I got the Piombo for my Maxi that has a slightly faded insert. Should match up nicely. They do make some nice straps.

Great choices. Love the Diablo on the BB. Funny I just ordered another strap from them about an hour ago. The Piombo Grey which is more like a washed out black vintage.

Love that dial. I think I know where this came from, I remember the dial. Depends on if you are doing the work yourself or paying to have it done. If you have the skills to replace the hands then you might consider that. If you have to send it out, I would just work those CG's a little and fade the insert. Keep it simple. You said the bezel was a little off, so while you trying to sort that out, fade the insert and work on the CG's. You can do that without taking the whole watch apart. As already stated, does not make much sense to do a high end franken build on a watch you can buy a nice gen for 4-5K. Enjoy the watch.

Hi, and welcome to the "affliction". Stick with the 2836 movement. They have been cloning this movement for many years now and we know that in most cases it functions well.

Sorry to hear this, but unfortunately it is not uncommon. I have worked in Behavioral Health for 20+ years and many people struggle with mental illness and go untreated/unhelped. It has improved, but there is still a negative stigma towards mental illness which I believe is a factor of why people do not seek help and even if they do are not supported in a way that increases positive outcomes. In general, people show empathy/compassion when someone suffers from cancer or heart disease, but much less so with mental illness. Even though both conditions are biological/genetic in nature. Sure environment and lifestyle are influencers but a majority of conditions are predominantly biological and inherited. Be nice if at some point in my life society's view of this changes...I do presentations/lectures all the time to increase awareness and reduce stigma, but we still have a long way to go.
