  1. To embed media, just click on the "Insert media" tab on the post edit bar. Type in the link and presto!! Great job to RWG for such a great feature. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJv5qLsLYoo
  2. Defender, Dig Dug, Tempest, Karate Champ, Sinistar, the list goes on and on. There are so many endless classics. Funny thing is that I still have a working Atari, Commodore 64, Intellivision and Collecovision. I picked up the Collecovision and Intellivision at a garage sale complete with system and about 30 games for $50. I have 15 game systems hooked up to my media room. It's hard to compete with the classics for raw enjoyment though.
  3. I'll start with a couple of beauties http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sLRwdbg1xME
  4. The strap is a standard AP designed strap for the ROO. The only thing I needed to specify was the length.
  5. I think this rep looks a lot better than the previous versions, but why can't they get the damn pearl correct? Is it that much harder to center it?
  6. I've seen the gen in person too and it is a nice watch.
  7. HKTan can be found on RG. A full list of HKTan's straps can be found on Photobucket. Username is hktan1 password is hktan. His straps are hand crafted and amongst the best around but be prepared to wait a bit.
  8. +1 for Oracle. Get the CF or rubber strap that comes with conversion kit. Then get a strap from HKTan. I got a bone gator from him that is out of this world.
  9. Yes, thin out the hour markers. The Zigmeister removed my original ones and remade them with superlume.
  10. Miss you Vic. I hope you come back soon.

  11. I have had no luck with Davidson. I had a bad experience once and will not trust to go back to him again. He sold me a fiddy that had brutal scratches on the bridges. It turned out that he resold a watch that had been previously returned by another member. Nasty.
  12. Great review and pics!! Indeed this is one of the best reps around.
  13. The grey is killer man, much better than the white IMO.
  14. This is my V1 for comparison. It has a bunch of mods: - Zigmeister gen Swiss ETA 7750 installed - Zigmeister fully relumed hands and dial (Hour markers were removed and recreated with superluminova) - Zigmeiser ETA DW swap - Double AR from Chieftang - Custom strap from HKTan
  15. Very nice addition indeed. At first I thought it was a new rep which just climbed up on top of my short list. Fabulous watch, congrats.
  16. I don't know about that. All the more reason to come out with V1, V2, V3, V4 and Ultimate
  17. Sounds like a nightmare. Sorry to hear this. I would suggest contacting a dealer from here to see if they can source some hands for you. The hands should not be glued. If you are able to get hands, send the watch to Zigmeister or Vac to get them installed.
  18. I'm sure you are right, lol. He is very freaked out how close the reps are.
  19. Biver is the most passionate CEO in the business. You can be rest assured that he monitors the forums closely.
  20. +1 for the Chopard. I think for around $100 they are a fantstic rep for the money.
  21. I would not run the Chrono too long on reps. They are not built or serviced like gens. There is a chance that when you reset the chrono that it will not reset and line up to the 12 o'clock marker properly. I try to avoid pressing the chrono on all my reps. Correct me if I am wrong Zig.
  22. I would not trust so much as to the testing. Odds are, the watch was not in stock. Most reps dealers in China will "drop ship". You will learn who the best rep makers are, and those will be the watches to go after. Different factories make different reps. Off-makes like Breguet are nice, but not very much sought after and not made by the better of the rep factories. Focus on the main brands in the subforums for best quality. Hublot, Chopard and some others you will find are also very decent reps. The best thing you can do is read up on all the reviews and member experiences.
