  1. thats true.. i guess things change and people move on. Always sad to see them leave regardless. dizz
  2. ya me too.. grey goose redbulls in honor of Verbal K why are members leaving? I've obviously missed something here...
  3. that was the submariner 5514 comex with HEV heres mine.. unfinished project...
  4. use that case... no engraving on rehaut, correctly drilled lug holes that go straight through and not drilled at an angle like some of the cheaper subs. They need to go straight through like the MBW 1680 and 1665 holes, BUT they need to be bigger in diameter.. 1.3mm in diameter? Also it will need to be fitted with a 91350 bracelet and 580 end links (i think 580 is correct for this model) The SEL noob bracelet could also be correct but this combo was only offered for a year or two around 1995. The end links would have to be drilled out to accept gen size spring bars though... This is gunna be good if done correctly and you can sign me up for one right away. it would be nice if u could offer the fast beat movement preinstalled also. dizz
  5. isnt locktight blue the one that needs heat for removal? Maybe ive got it backwards
  6. Scam Dealer List Exact replicas are in group 17 on the scam list. HAHA i like the "25j JAPANESE grade movements" and the "Grade 1 genuine swiss replica watch" And for ONLY $398 you get a shiity submariner with a wok for a rehaut and a date cyclops that soooo far to the right it almost hangs off the edge of the crystal. LOL. You can get the same watch for about half the price from a collector here. I would rather spend $100 and get a Noobmariner thats 10x more accurate. I'd stay far far away from this website. I'd be shocked if you ever got a real ETA movement in any watch from them. They wouldnt even send a watch to fakemaster after he said it was for a review on a rep forum. I wonder what they are hiding? hahaha "choose your dealer, then choose your watch" sorry for the post but i gotta protect the noobs from scammers!! dizz
  7. yeah locktite BLUE is basicly adhesive. I think you could prob get the screw out if you had to later on, but you would need to heat up the link first to melt the locktiite. the nice thing about locktite is that it stays rubbery and doesnt get dry and brittle so it may hold the screw longer than some random adhesive. good call freddy. dizz
  8. are you talking about a vintage 1665 sea-dweller or a new sea-dweller? If you want vintage then go MBW, if you want a new sea-dweller, dont get the MBW. You want the new super sea-dweller 'SSD' (version 2) with the proper thick case and bezel. You can get the super sea-dweller from many of the dealers here. I would recommend Angus because i have delt with him many times. dizz
  9. looks like a movement holder screw and sounds like its stripped. No lock tight wont do anything in that case. Might have to epoxy it in place somehow, but be warned.. epoxy and messy and perminant. edit - sorry i just looked at the pic again and its a bracelet link.. monitor was dark and only saw the flat shiney top. locktight still wont be 100%. i would try to replace the link with another one if you can. If not then i would use a drop of glue in the thread holes then screw the screw in and let it sit for 24 hrs to dry. dizz
  10. OR.. more like he gets 750 orders a day... 750 + emails a day.. members emailing again 2 days later to that day he gets 1500 emails haha do the math. Impossible to answer them all. lol
  11. do it!!! i want to get my SSD double AR'd why not? I bet if you did your SSD and compared it to a gen... the gen would look fake becasuse of the crappy crystal and reflections lol I dont understand why rolex doesnt AR their crystals.. just baffles me.
  12. does passworrding in photobucket stop people from using your link? Or does it just block them entry from seeing your album?
  13. you noticed that too hey? better remove that caseback and fix that cats.
  14. where did you get the MBW stamped 1680 case?????????????

    $31,800 Sub

What type of crystal is supposed to be on it? Do you mean its aftermarket rather than gen? Rolex didnt start to use saphire crystals until the early 90's i think it was.
