  1. ciao ragazzo.. di dove sei in Italia?????? sono abito in Perugia pero 4 anni fa! welcome to the forum! the best place for watches!
  2. contact Offshore. He's located in Oz... not sure if he's up for doing mods on other people's watches.. but he might be able to point you in the right direction
  3. Thanks for the help guys!
  4. i feel you on that one!
  5. Precious Times aka (pt-swiss) is located in the uk and does pretty thorough qc. He's one of the more expensive dealers, but you'll hear virtually no complaints from people that use him.....
  6. man oh man. So what was the watch in question? thanks for the reminder i'm gonna go check all my bracelet links tonight!
  7. Question: Anyone know if I need a conversion kit for my watch that came with rubber strap if I want to put a SS bracelet on it? Or is the conversion kit only needed to go from Bracelet to strap... or is it needed in both instances? I'm a little confused about how it works
  8. damn.. mine still hasn't come.. spanish dealer messed up the order... finally got a tracking number though and at least a free box after having to wait almost 3 months! until it arrives I still drool over your pics condemore! Hopefully soon!!! ahhh!
  9. amazing. One of the most unique Frankens I've seen WATCHER! very nice
  10. woww... 59 EACH!?? not sure where omega gets off selilng bracelet/bracelet links for so much money! The bracelet is almost half the price of a completetely gen watch! p.s. did you randomly happen to come across the bezel insert by itself or did you purchase the bezel with insert then just use the insert???
  11. The watch does NOT have correct "10" bezel. depends on how much this bothers you.. but the watch looks good otherwise
  12. no problem whatsoever as long as you're not trying to up prices and make profit by moving watches Good luck!
  13. Bienvenido CFO! Nice to see a spaniard on the forum. Un saludo muy grande desde madrid! p.s. You should really prepare your wallet for this hobby! it'll always be empty!
  14. Gorgeous. Lani is also a big proponent of this watch. Very good photos.. and awesome looking piece
  15. Good to hear. Keep us informed on this thread about how it turns out. Can't wait to see pictures
  16. In addition to Jkay's wonderful explanation. I might also add: 1. All 21j movements are not 2813 or 4813 movements, many are indeed 17 and 23 jewel movements. 2. Quality control on a movements functionality will not be present in ETA NOR Asian movements 3. The plus to an eta movement is that it is easily serviced. The plus to a chinese movement is that they're easily replaceable and cheap. When you buy chinese movements by themselves they always come nicely sealed and oiled
  17. Welcome to the forum allank! best website on earth
  18. Interesting results! Very cool indeed!
  19. Just watched this video.. seems kinda bland for an Audemars Piguet release party!????
  20. shhh... please don't disclose my identity.... I'll be back!
  21. just not a fan... that brown and blue.. just seem akward to me...
  22. correct. in my opinion and experience trevor is outstanding and his watch is the best deal in town. believe it or not not many people here even know about his dssd until i posted this. i guess its because the dssd hype has kinda died down since a few months ago. anyways.. yeah bk, vac, josh/andrew and (before) eurotimez all have great dssd versions. neither version is more perfect than any other version but they're all good. do some research and decide on hat flaws ur willing to settle with in a dssd, then choose ur dealer accordingly. best of luck andwelcome to the most addicting hobby on earth
  23. haha.. At least he's hinting that it's a replica. The current bid is for .99cents so I'm not gonna report anything unless it gets past the 300 mark.... But that's just me
  24. Ahem... what do you think the last 3 pages were dedicated to? I'd say I've given trevor quite a bit of referencing! If you like what you see in this thread, then get trevor's watch. The cost of his watch is what did it for me
  25. AHHH bracelet endlinks!!?? where'd you get those and how much did they run you? The truth is I'd love to get a gen bracelet.. but for 600usd... it just seems out of reach. Your watch looks excellent!
