  1. Nope that is the Manplace Flick not Man Flu. Or it could be Blueballs.
  2. Now that is a rare sight a Raddave wrist shot
  3. Lol you are the 4th person I have talked to on the fora that has MF atm. It seems to be a real Christmas thing
  4. Yep nice pick up on the TC :) Nice to get some sun at this time of year.
  5. Good to see you :). Totally agree I have had the same problem. The gen DW is a fraction bigger then the SH one. The Rolex 3135 leaves a lot of space so the DW is loose. My watchmakers solution unfortunately is to replace the whole calendar plate. Because the quick set works intermittently I have not bothered yet. However if I change the date when the hands are at 8:30 the quick set works every time. Perhaps Mike can explain that a lot better than I can.
  6. A post count of 2 you must be a noob . How many watches have you bought here already my friend? lol.
  7. I love this. I sold mine and badly regretted it. The buyer kindly let me buy it back. It was a lucky escape.
  8. My first ever Rolex rep. It is the only Ceramic Sub I have, I still think it looks great.
  9. You never know what is out there. My watchmaker picked up a €20k clock in a charity shop they were looking for €80, he gave them 2k. It took a lot of work to restore but it was the real deal.
  10. Humble collection LMAO Loving those Pateks I had someone bore the pants off me and many others when he bought a YM II and explaining the superiority and functionality of it. I was wearing a Casio chrono at the time and I was perfectly happy to use that to count down to the race mark. It still did not make him a better sailor lol. So by deduction if you want to become a better sailor buy a Casio not a Rolex.
  11. Spilling whiskey is a serious crime in my country. I do not know what the punishment is as no one has ever dared to do it. I have seen people dive on the floor with their mouths open if there is the remotest possibility that a drop could be spilled.
  12. Oh I do not know that one. But at some stage I will I have tried a lot of them but I keep on coming back to Lagavulin 16. I am really into the peaty taste. For something different I like the Green Spot or Yellow Spot 12. However I am not going to fork out 1k to try the Green spot 12 lol. Maybe some year when I am retired at 85 lol. Again my sincere thanks A
  13. Just a small one for me please I am driving later on. @Nanuq thank you and all the staff for the very generous hospitality here I was warmly welcomed within 5 minutes of making my first post here.

  16. It sure does, it sure does Don't mess with the best, cause the best don't mess, when you mess with the best you get your head in a mess
  17. Thanks P and I am all with Jason on this one it is just nice to enjoy and even help on regular stuff that I love.
  18. Nothing like 45 about 25 more like excluding people I talk to regularly. Some take a lot of explanation. Mostly Noobs but everyone gets those if you are any way friendly. Thank you very much, much appreciated. And the same as above, thank you
  19. I have just found my favourite thread in all of Repdom.
