  1. Hey Faber, I just stumbled upon two straps which might interest u. I can't vouch for the sellers since I have not dealt with them personally. http://cgi.ebay.com/Lederband-Strap-Panera...1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.com/PANERAI-26-26MM-GENUIN...1QQcmdZViewItem What is yr price range like? Maybe I can help out.
  2. Whatever r11co. I edited my post as not to add anymore fuel to this much heated argument.
  3. Some of you people have [censored]in' issues. All of a sudden some of you guys are acting like his mother. Jesus. Get a grip of your lives. FFS. And this thread should be closed.
  4. Love that dial. Crowns on 44mm automatics PAMs (exception to Subs models) seemed to be smaller in size when compared to manual winding PAMs (ie. 111, 112, etc). Palp crown is 2.2mm and I believe the gen manual winding ones falls betwn 2.0-2.1mm. Palp crown def. looks delicious. I could almost taste it. Thanks for the post. Love the comparison shots.
  5. Base logo. Looks awesome. Wear it well. Love the huge numeral indices.
  6. My vote for # 2 & 3. Greg's will fit this 187 pretty well too.
  7. Have yrself a good one Admin!
  8. Wow. Nicely captured pics. Now u have me thinking whether I should add this to my collection.... been contemplating.
  9. As much as I disagree with the premium you paid, more so with your AD who actually had the cheek to demand that kind of pricing, I think this thread has gotten out of hand with some of the personal comments made in here - turning into a circus act. I urge you to stay and not let the minority get in your way. There are a great bunch of people here. Enjoy your new timepiece (I honestly think this is an awesome piece having seen it many times) and the reps you have.... life is too damn short to let a bunch of strangers [censored] u off. Enjoy your watches.... enjoy life.
  10. Fantastic work. Loving it. Well done.
  11. Thanks bro. As u can see what I have up to after yr departure. Yes, I love that croc to bits!!! Absolutely gorgeous. I know that XaMAS prototype strap, how does it wear? comfortable? I reckon it should be. Here is a Strapmaster Lizard Skin Strap I just got. Fits the 207A well... me thinks. It is abit short tho.
  12. Awesome watch but not hard to get either. I would never pay over retail at an AD EVER. It is unethical of the AD to overcharge customers. Personally, I would give the AD a piece of my mind and never step into the place ever again. Whatever that floats your boat, it is a wicked watch with a lot of presence. Wear it well.
  13. Marvellous!! Love regulators and yours impressed me.... a lot. Wear it well.
  14. LOL azgjav... here is my 6.5 inch wrist with my pammy in a diff shot. The 187 doesn't look that out of place, does it?
  15. Kostas, all the strapmasters croc I have seen on the websites looked very ruggered to me and the grain isn't exactly the ones I am looking for. But so far I have only come across a similar one to the one I have on 187 in a boutique and that is it. Never seen it anywhere until 2 weeks ago. The large grain ones are sooo hard to come by so I simply had to take that one up before I kick myself in the nuts again. I was a little anxious as the width is 27mm but I somehow managed to squeeze in the lugs; no probs. Simona has a brilliant large grain. The price is a bit steep... $200++. I have to see how good it is when I receive mine. I need at least a 24mm so I went for it. I simply cant resist this one. I think croc straps can put a lot of difference in a watch, that is, if u get the right grain and colour. If a large grain beige coloured straps happen to surface, I would not hesitate to reach in my pocket for a pair as I know these straps are the ones I WILL keep for a long time, including the ones I have. azjgav: Awesome pics!! Some classic ones that I recognise. Keep them comin'!
  16. Well, Kostas has been pestering me to post some pics on my new straps so here they are... I have others and will get them up soon. For now, I have the croc strap as seen below. Pardon the pics and fingerprints on the watches. Tried to catch some natural light while the sun was up and in a haste (& some luck), I managed to take these pics and the result wasnt that bad. I will try to be more prepared the next time round. I will update more pics with diff. straps and watches along the way.... Enjoy. Do post some random shots of yours as well.... wrist shots, strap shots, whatever... random stuff. We would like to see them. Strapmasters Tobacco Croc Strap on 187 - check out the grain - I simply love it and very hard to come across such quality. I have one made by Simona for 44mm PAMs at this moment, vintage dark brown croc; large grain as well. Will arrive in about 3 weeks' time. I think this croc strap gave my 187 a new look, very classy in a way. Some teasers of my 112 on XaMAS Tan - looks great on pics, I still prefer the Brick

  18. Ouch! Say it ain't so! Man..... Anyhow looking fwd to see the final result.
  19. Looks good!!! Almost like the gen as much as my eyes can see. Then again I might just be blind. Nevertheless, this watch looks stunning on yr wrist.
  20. My wrist is def. smaller. I will do an 'azgjav' shot later today... hehe! And my wrist is relatively hairy (u should see swdivad's )and you are bald as an egg!
  21. Awesome watch and congrats!!! Again, why would u pay over retail at an AD? You could probably snag one below retail easy. Anyhow, great watch and wear it well! Do post pics when u get it.
