It certainly looks like the serial number isn't crisp. Perhaps a better photo will clarify if it's bad it if its the titanium colour causing the blur . Nice watch though

Fair enough , I think if you compare it yourself , you might notice things that might be different . Given the resources on RWg and other forums , just a little bit of searching can reveal most if the answers you might be after. The photo that you've provided makes it very difficult to see the watch. I am by no means a good photographer myself,but better pictures will help. You could compare your watch to this Video Ales picture is this ( i hope he doesn't mind me borrowing it) and the Gen is this What do you see the differences to be then? I see buggar all, but I don't have the Analisti approach of other members Font colour off? Maybe Brown colour different ? Maybe Case too fat ? Looks like a 79090 , they may have just mislabeled it . They have 2846 movements most 90's period ones do Check here But I reckon its a sapphire crystal so could be a 79190
