  1. Photos on my 008 with and without lug stitching
  2. I am making a custom made to your specs strap made with leather taken from a REAL Ferrari F355 Tan leather seat. The leather is Connolly of course, the best leather in the world. - 24/24 - It can be custom made to your length. - SAME leather on both sides!! - It is 4-5mm thick for buckle. - Round holes. - Edge is square but again if you like it round or pointy it can be done. - Colour of stitching is white but can take special orders for different colour thread. -Narrow or wide stitching (see the photos) A MUST HAVE strap for the Ferrari range of Panerai watches in Limited Edition quantities
  3. Well now (that I have read the thread) I see why a newbie question has 2 pages of replies Girl Power I too believe that the mini-fiddy was a good choice...
  4. Beautiful work on the dial... COngrats to the lucky owner

    PAM 219

It will stick out of the case (as the rep 219 does). Genuine destros are completely differently made than the normal Pams.. and the rep makers are trying to do it from existing parts. Not good results. Only good destro made from scratch is the Sub 239.
  6. Of course.. we have trained eagle eyes for the smallest flaws... Not something so basic!!!!
  7. Nope.. don't see anything outrageous either.. And I am very good on spotting flaws
  8. Thanks Maikel.. Yes the 91 is a beauty.. When you find one I want photos
  9. I don;t know if a rep crystal will fit.. I think they have differences in height.

    PAM 219

Yes it has been available (search Josh's site) but it is a 112 with an upside down normal crown guard.. If you have a 112 you can easily make it a 219 like the one the dealers sell. But far from accurate. And the 219 does not have brown dial.
  11. A robber and his two accomplices escaped from a crowd of pursuers in central Athens yesterday by scattering in their wake the luxury watches they had just stolen. Hahahahah.. amazing.. I wish I was still there and being hit by the 'debris'
  12. The three tools I am using for making my straps are the following (plus of course the two needles): One to groove the edges, one to even spacely where the holes will go and the third to open the holes. If you want the stitching to go zig-zag this is the formation of the holes you should do:
  13. Thanks guys.. I do prefer the 91 than the 99 .. But I got both straps second hand but 100% new at a great price and I had to buy them... The 99 will be perfect when I will decide to PVD my destro
  14. Mmmmmm.. 1:1 Big Pilot... my next rep :drools:
  15. Sorry if I was a bit harsh.. Well back in a costructive discussion, if you remove the back and blow dry the movement I am sure it will help more than just waiting with the crown open especially when the weather is not hot..
  16. Well you said it.. The RWG watch.. a watch that I bet has been assembled by blind monkeys not even chinese servants for cost saving somewhere in 'Getthemoneyandrunfast' land
  17. And your strap is today ready to dispatch With round edge as requested.. Something different than the usual designs btw.. I can put this strap on vintage watches with fixed lugs.. If you send me the watch you will have the ultimate strap fixed on your watch and not those ugly rivets most of those watches have
  18. Pfff..nonsense... I always used ALL of my watches swiming and from the 50$ Milgaus from Silix to my high end reps ALL of them were waterproof to at least 5 meters (snorkeling).
  19. Well as a Panerai strap collector I had to have those two straps.. MP PAV91 and PAV99 with logo MX buckles The 99 is couple of days old. The 91 is older
  20. Brad in the first photos it does look indeed more black than the OEM.. In this photo though looks very very close to the gen... Wear it well my friend
  21. Yeap.. although my stitching it is better than the Ferretti's in this one
  22. I got new straps requiring patina so today I am doing the Maradonna double style in the house
  23. Thanks Simon.. I will keep some hide aside because it will look fabulous on the fiddy... My own strap finished today with the sewn-in vintagised buckle.. I prefered on my strap white thread instead of matching vintage beige. Photos to come..
