Precious time is the best choice in the UK if you are after a high quallity rep, but you need to be patient because it could take some time. The best would be to contact him and tell what you want.

Really nice watch and bracelet. this should be a heavy weight? I would consider the ETA version. Josh has it for $248.

So actually it is easy, if you want to order a rep just go to perfect clones or to one of the other recommended dealers and make your order. You don't need to do a detailed research on the structure and organization of the rep world. Anyhow, nobody will give you clear answers since nobody knows more than what you can find posted in this and other forums.

I think Josh is a great dealer and I resppect him, but this time I was dissappointed. Now I remember that I even mailed him pics of the broken clasp, but he just said: "it's an easy fix for every watchsmith". The fix was so easy that the jewelerist that can fix everything, quit after several trials and a lot of worke. Of course, his work also was not for free.

I could enjoy a nice noobmariner for this money...

You can be sure that I know Josh very well, and I told him twice about this, I did not demand a replacement because I am not that kind, but I let him know, and I am sorry to tell you that he did not offer any replacement, just kind of ignored it.

I purchased the $98 OR strap from Josh and the clasp was broken after less a week. A jewelerist worked 3 months to fix it, but it was broken again, so I just quit this strap. It's like $100 sitting in my drawer, useless. Is it possible to buy only the clasp (could be a rep for a reasonable price?)

The complete gen OR strap costs ~ $400. I purchased the rep OR (24 mm) from Josh and the buckle was broken in the first day after I got it. A jewelrist worked 3 months to fix it, but the buckle was broken again after 2 days. Now I have the rubber strap and a broken buckle. I told Josh about it but he did not seem to be interested, so it just sits in my drawer and I guess I lost $100 for this "adventure". So my advise, buy only the gen OR buckle.

Did you try this method to improve the GMT IIc bezel numbers? Because the so called "full ceramic" bezel numbers are little grey and IMO should be whitened. Is the same Sharpie PAINT can be used? Thanks.

Although I am still not a fan of the DSSD, this one looks really great and may change my mind. Wear it well!

I think nothing is wrong with the "out of the box" AR of the BB, the big flaw with the dial are the thin hour marker and this is uncorrectable (may be improved by reluming).

Great job, the "painting" of the insert numbers can also be done for the GMT Master IIc ? because the "full ceramic" bezel insert has a weak font. Anybody tried it?

Also the GMT Master IIc swiss ETA is now only $298 in PC. Used to be $348. Since the CNY there was no rep that was worth looking in PC site, except the Top Gun.

Link Chrono and SMP both AR'd by Jakub before he left, they both look beautiful , I think the SMP even better.
