One day we will all come to terms with the fact that we buy reps because we want to have people think we own the gen but are too cheap to pay for it.

Why all the self-loathing? Do you need a hug? :huglove:

But lets be clear. None of us want tries to pass off our Rep as a Gen right? That would be insincere (sarcasm).

Notwithstanding the pictures where the watch itself doesn't function (33+ days in a month) how can one say these are bad? If we keep with the general premise here (and the most common way to pretend that buying a rep isn't really a bad thing)... Our mantra "One Never Ever Ever Tried To Pass Off Their Rep As A Gen", then the watches pictured above that do not actually not function but simply stray VERY FAR from the what the Gen looks like are not actually horrible are they? Some have some really nice aesthetic qualities: o_O3sEZL4ySGuZNFZ1.jpg

If you're laughing at the watches in this thread because they're off, or if you're secretly nodding with Corgi because you don't want *expensive reps*, then you're one step closer to admitting the truth. We want strangers to think we own a Rolex. And we laugh at these pictures because our inside voice says, "Man, nobody would believe that's a REAL Rolex". (you can substitute Rolex for your brand of desire).

Stay honest my friends.

And we ALL buy Playboy for the articles

Fixed..'One day "I" came to terms with the fact that "I" buy reps because "I" want people to think "I" own the gen but Im to cheep to pay for It."
