dbane883
The BP case can accept a gen movement? Neat. Did it require much surgery?
misiekped
Major The crown position has to be redrilled and some mods inside the case Finally did it and will enjoy it for few weeks The only downside I hate 3185 date changing, pain in the ass
dbane883
I knew it was possible. But figured one would have to laser weld/fill the existing tube and then redrill and tap 0.05mm or so higher. Internal modifications not an easy task. Well done. I can appreciate the work that went into this. Stellar.

droptopman
Wow that is some serious watch making skills. Beautiful piece and ever cooler that you built it.
Mendota Explorer
Wow. That's something, all right! Nice work. Right away in the first pic the insert jumped out at me as gen, but what threw me off was the rehaut engraving isn't aligned. I was going to guess Noob case with gen mods since the rehaut is shifted on the 9:00 marker like all of the early Noobs were. So how much was the 3185? Was it difficult to find? I didn't find 3185, I used 3135 mainplate which is base for any 31xx movements and assembled from parts
