AMK000 Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Best PC game you have ever played Mine were: - TOTAL WAR Medieval II (well all total war series) - Far Cry .... not my screens ... but just to give you an idea.
Steve G Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Far Cry was real good...probably because it was a blind buy and nothing real hot at the time, everyone was anticipating Doom 3 and Half-Live 2. I recently enjoyed Jaws Unleashed and still love to kill time with the GTA series. Madden is a good time also.
By-Tor Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Does this count? http://www.mameworld.net/ If not... Pro Evolution Soccer 5 then.
Steve G Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Sure it counts..MAME is real nice to re-visit when times were just simpler...a little pacman or phoenix.
Pugwash Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 On the PSP, it would have to be LocoRoco. On the PC, the one game that has been on every install of my PC since 2001 is this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sierra-Best-Seller.../dp/B00005JHDT/
LeGambleur Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Mac & PC: After 2006 - Football Manager 2006 Before 2006 - Championship Manager
olreon Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 hello, far cry was realy a killer game but i also liked deus ex and deus ex 2! best wishes
NaviChief Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Half-Life 2 for me. Some parts could have been better, but most parts are absolutely beautiful.
section8 Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Grand Prix Legends rFactor Rome TW M2TW I used to have some great shots of some custom livery I had made for an online racing league with rFactor, but I can't find it anywhere.
z80 Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 Everquest. Been playing it off and on for over 6 years and it's still more entertaining that most games out there. 2nd would be F.E.A.R. I love the mix of FPS and the style of Japanese Horror. Play this at night and you will be looking over your shoulders.
AMK000 Posted February 10, 2007 Author Report Posted February 10, 2007 Everquest. Been playing it off and on for over 6 years and it's still more entertaining that most games out there. Is that RPG for on-line play only ??? If yes , watch out .... some people they that is seriously addictive and to some people (especially to youngsters) can lead to severe "reality confusions".
Craytonic Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 Half life TFC (team fortress classic) was fun. Nothing touches golden eye 007 on my n64.... Best game of all time. Played Gears of war yesterday @ a friends house. Fun but nothing special.
doopey Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 Half life 2 just stunning. Rome Total War, I probably have spent hundred's of hours on this fantastic game!
b16a2 Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 F.E.A.R is probably the best game I have played in a very long time! I have Half Life 2 and thats second on the list, but I found it didn't draw me in like F.E.A.R did.
Willith Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 I still find myself going back to play CIV III, I have CIV IV, but something about the older one still takes me back to it all the time. I would have to say Oblivion has been the best game I have played in the past few years. I love the open ended missions and the wide open world (you can pretty much go anywhere or touch and take anything in the world). I played City of Heroes, but it was boring after a few months (gladly because I hated paying the monthly fees).
boomer775 Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 Have to go with Oblivion as well. World of Warcraft is also another addicting game if you like hack and slash RPGs like I dol.
lenix Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 Grand prix legends, but the 2004 version.
superwmnx Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 On the PC, I used to play Unreal Tournament and the Sims most..

Hold on, let me ask my Elf friend here if he's had "reality confusions".... He says no. I haven't either because I have a Magic Helmet stoopid. Edited February 10, 2007 by z80
AMK000 Posted February 11, 2007 Author Report Posted February 11, 2007 Hold on, let me ask my Elf friend here if he's had "reality confusions".... He says no. Its becuase for him (the Elf) its the only reality he knows ... but for you is not ... so that what is called "reality confusion" .... or am I confused .... .. .... I need a morning coffe "reality" before I get further "confused".
KB Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 Not much of a PC gamer but I did like 'Call of Duty' Ken
