Nanuq Posted May 11, 2006 Report Posted May 11, 2006 I received the sad news that a dear friend of mine died this last Saturday of a massive stroke. He lived in Seattle area, so I'll be flying there for the weekend. It will be so sad to attend his funeral... he was one in a million. But while I'm there, a fortuitous series of events made it possible that I'll be able to handle and evaluate a certain watch, to see if it's what I think it is. If so, I may be bringing it back home with me. If not, it will still be nice to see friends again, although not in the best of circumstances. So I'll be around tomorrow, then gone, to return next Monday or Tuesday. Cheers!
