Has anyone requested to one of our dealers to pick this watch up ?

I would rather buy from someone I know... and we could probably get

it cheaper....

Good idea, i'm surprised none of our dealers can already source this watch.

Miguelcadiz paid on 26th november and received the watch on 19th december... delivery took three weeks...

Three weeks is quite a lot for a courier.

However i doubt Miguel waited 2 weeks to get a tracking number.

Do chinese people celebrate our Christmas? I don't think so that's why this delay makes me nervous.

She replied to me:

"I am checking on it for you. I will get back to you. I'm sorry for the delay."

If i hadn't already ordered i would wait for new positive feedbacks.

3 weeks is very normal. Yes..some of the dealers here ship super fast but you are paying a price for that service. Buying from Jay and angel sometimes takes up to 3 weeks and tracking #'s are not always reliable.

Since its PP/CC, I'm not worried either.

Again, no worried about getting ripped off since I used my CC. Im just more concerned which type of watch I'll receive - the one pictured or a different rep of this watch.

I was dumb enough to sell not one, but 2 closed factory black SMP back in the day because I needed $$$$. I just want to get this baby back in my possession. It's definitely one of the best reps I ever had.

:drunk: HAPPY NEW YEAR FRIENDS!!!

My watch arrived yesterday to my office, it tooks 14 days from Angela's to France.

But I'm on holyday now, so I can't see it before 01/06.

I can't wait, I'll certainly ask a friend to bring it to me before.

Yes I did for two of them, they replied me that watch was impossible to source again.

When I'll open it we''ll see if they were wrong.

Anyway 2 of us already got their watch, so Angela looks reliable.

The black SMP is proposed by our dealers at 228$, lower quality, and blue SMP 238$.

I got it for 225+shipping.

Not sure cheaper is possible

GUESS WHAT...

I've got it!!

Be cool folks, the watch is exactly like shown in pics, awesome.

I opened it, it's an ETA 2824-2 inside.

Good surprise the mov is silver with a very well done decorated rotor.

Hev and pearl are accurate.

Dial as expected is almost perfect.

No AR as written above.

Insert is a little bit misaligned about 1mm.

Lume on the hands and pearl is perfect, but not enough on the markers.

So go for it...

I'm not home, so pics will come tomorrow.

Nice that this model still exists somewhere and a couple of us are in line to become very owners of this watch. Can't wait to get mine, but still waiting for tracking info from Angela.

As for the A/R - I wouldn't think this model had A/R. I think the first A/R model for the Omega was the 4th gen PO. Now, we hope that every watch comes with A/R. :)
