First a Team Shot of "some" of my divers timepieces

But the reason we are here is to challenge all AR's..The rep - genuine - Chief's.. all look good.. but let's see ?

These images have not been digitally enhanced.. jus lighting as BT say's..

The Hands look blurry .. this is due to the full straight on lighting .. it has nothing to do with the focus !! Chiefs AR had the most light head on .. I will swap positions of the watches to show no manipulation in lighting

BTW... both are genuine dials .. so the comparison is "controlled"

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water..

Well, anytime (IMO) that you discuss aesthetics.. it becomes very "subjective".. my taste have evolved from really liking the Purplish "Hue" to just plain liking the look of the dial and not the sapphire.. so you decide and choose for yourself

It is clear that Chiefs AR is better in terms of reducing reflections, but I prefer the gen AR, as I like the slight tint to the crystal.....

Still the choice between rep AR or Chiefs is a no brainer

Bulldog's AR (and K222's) is absolutely outstanding.

I must say my taste's have evolved too. I do like the 'tint' (see my sig, that's Cheiftang v1, via a trade) - especially around dusk it gives a neat reminder 'hey, I'm AR'd'. Keeps me occupied while walking the dog

Anyway - I loved that look until I saw the new stuff up close. Holy crap - it's incredible - functionally better than the gen as you have demonstrated. I have the UPO with (K222) AR and it's unbelievable.
