After over a year the case finally went the the courts I was planning on going down to testify, but it turns out Scott decided to be smart for once and will be accepting a plea bargain He has to repay those who he scammed (I attempted to contact as much people who scammed him as possible and told them to get in touch with the Colorado Springs PD) On August 17th he has to pay back $1000 right away and the rest over time Maybe he'll think twice next time
