First, I want to pitch in to help this great place. I would like to upgrade my account to supporter status and would be glad to pay the annual fee, but please tell me how I can just send a "one-time" amount and not have to sign up for recurring charges. If there is a way I can send the payment please let me know. I have a Paypal account. Second, I don't understand why this forum has financial problems to begin with. Well, I do but at the same time I don't. Why doesn't Admin charge the dealers enough money for the opportunity for them to market to such a diverse market. These dealers should well know that having their names associated with this forum gives them credibility that is "priceless". Personally, I feel that this issue should ne a non-issue. Start charging the dealers, they make a killing by their association to this forum! Again, I understand why this is an issue, but I seriously don't understand why it has even been allowed to become one when there are numerous "retailers" benefiting financially by offering their products via this forum. Charge them, if they leave, they'll only realize how much they "used" to gain from being associated with this forum and return. I think energy to get this forum on a financially stable footing is being directed at the wrong direction. Get the dealers financially liable to this forum and IMHO the QC issues will correct themselves as the dealers will see our members as a resource and not as a mass of free customers. It's because they view us in this light that they take care less if they lose of few due to QC issues. I hate to say this, and I'm sure I'll draw some flak for my statements, but I think the Admin shouldn't even be coming to the members for issues such as these. He/she should be creating a viable business plan with tied-in profit lines that will give this forum a stable footing for the future. I can understand charging members for special privelldges and such, but to continue to "depend" on the members generosity is a "loose-loose" proposition and must be corrected once and for all. Now I hope all of you understand that I'm not trying to attack the Admin and I know how much personal sacrafice he must put in to bring us this great forum, but there's one thing I've learned in my years in the military... "hope is not a method to success". So until you have a self sustaining plan for the long term success of this forum, this issue will never be resolved and will only turn into a festering issue and continue to spiral out of control.

I'd go with the PAM111 among your choices. Breits tend to be blingy with their shiny bezels so the PAM is defeinitely more casual of the three you got up there. Plus, if you're looking for something you can beat up it's definitely the PAM. Good luck.

Also, if you're looking for a most "accurate" rep of a PAM you'd most likely want one that has already been modded. Not an un-modded version. In many cases it's the subtle and some not so subtle mods that make these reps "closer" to the gens. Good luck.

Yes, the sales threads are deleted when the seller requests the mods to do so. I too personally feel that this isn't a a good practice, but I do understand why it is done.

I tell my GF... look I work my ass off and now have no life since it's all devoted to her and building a future and all that jazz that men don't really care about. So I tell her that I "need" to buy a few watches, gen or rep, and take her out to the local bar/pub/club/fill-in-the-blank here to show it off and begin a serious intelligent discussion with the boys or I'll have to collect knives and guns and go postal. That usually solves it pretty good. It helps if you get out your old uniform/gear and slap some cammo on your face while you're doing this speal. Good luck and don't sweat it. Completely understand The Zigmeister and all the best to you. I don't have to know you in person to know what type of person you are. I can easily tell that from what others have to say about you and from reading your posts. I have to say I'm very dissapointed that I'm not on your previledged list as I'd love to have some work done by you. I can hope though... I didn't know how to or if I should even bring this up, but I too have been done wrong by a well-known modder who comes highly recommended. I didn't want to shake the boat so I've remained slient, but... I sent a modder two watches one new and one in need of some work. I sent a total of $550 USD and this modder had my watches for a month. During this time I was told all the work that was being done to my watches. Well when I got them back, one of them had lume that came out of the numerals and some of the supposed work was never done. Unfortunately, it seems that I can't seem to get any breaks in the rep world as I've yet to have any luck. I'll digress as this probably isn't the place. The Zigmeister I sincerely hope that one day I'l have the previledge to have you work on any of my watches, gen or rep.

In terms of reps I'm on here mostly and sometimes on RG, but like others have said I enjoy this place over the rest. IMHO the quality of the members here and the welcome they give to newbs is above any of the others I've visited. In the gen world I'm on WUS. I haven't been on there as much as before I got into the rep game, but still get there now and then. Then there are other forums that I visit. Yeah, it can get very time consuming.

Hey sub, Another nice addition. Quick question... do you have a lume shot of this one? Or how is the lume, say compared to the Graham CF? If it's anything like the CF it should be outstanding. Enjoy the watch! z

Was just there in Mid April of this year. I wore two watches, one on either wrist, and didn't have a single problem. Weird looks sure, but no problems.
