Thanks for bringing this up. It is being discussed in the admin section right now. I would suspect you will see a new RWG front page coming soon to a PC near you.

I have heard of several members with marker problems (falling off). It looks like they can rep a nice watch, but can't afford to buy better glue to hold it together.
-
Just wondering: how many watches do you have?

Very nice looking watch! I too like the movement and the strap choice as well. Wear it well.

So, TT are you from the US or Mexico? I'm guessing you aren't getting social security or you don't like paying into it. I think it's a failed system and I wish I had the option to withdraw my funds and invest it myself, I have given too much money to them for them to blow it all on other crap along with the rest of the "general fund".

That's the same thing I was thinking and I also thought it was fairly poorly written (not that I'm great at it). It did have some really nice pictures and I'm sure the reviewer enjoyed his free watch. I once bought a watch from a guy who used it to write a review for a magazine, it was a Ball Hydrocarbom GMT. He basically got it and had his company pay for it for him to write the review and then he turned around and sold it to me. I need to find a job like that.

Nice looking watch Clive. Glad to see someone with a nice PVD watch they can show off. I'm still working on getting mine presentable, but I hope it will all be fixed soon. I have a really nice strap all ready set aside to go on a nice PVD watch. Wear yours well and glad to see you got something other than a GMT in your collection.

Wow, the brain power of some individuals will never cease to amaze me (or lack of it in this case). Sorry to hear about all your problems Eddie. I hope it doesn't cause you too many headaches, except a hurt wallet at least you can overcome that in time, jail would suck. What's really bad is that you were right down here by me and didn't let me know. Remember when you go through Bellingham to let me know or Mt. Vernon, those are close to me.

You can just search under the "View Members" function, but since you don't want to here's a link to his profile: Famous Profile

Another sad day in history that must be remembered as well as a friend who must never be forgotten, rest well.

I voted too. I thought the girl who is in the lead was very pretty too.

Well, in a previous life (another mod job) I was accused of being too harsh on people. I'm walking down a different road these days and that road is: I read the posts, enjoy myself and help people out when then need help. No need to look at the "bad" stuff, it's all flowers and roses (right?). I don't think anyone wants me to revert back to my old style. I do agree that flavor flav's avatar is over the top, but I'm sure we could "persuade" him to maybe tone it down a little bit. As mentioned the report function works great and gets a message to everyone on the moderating team, so it will get some sort of attention. It doesn't mean we all should cry about everything that seems to bother us (guns, nude women, seal clubbing...) just like at home if you don't like what's on the TV (commercials) you either ignore it or turn to a different channel (or thread here). I think probably 98% of us here know what's in good taste and what's in bad taste, but those of us in charge should not be responsible to police every post, avatar, picture or signature on here either. Lets be adults, which most of us are here, and be responsible for ourselves (or I can play "daddy" again).

Here's a nice 3646 for $58K anyone want it? 3646 for $58000

Well, that's not good news at all. I wouldn't want something that has to be butchered even more than the 7750 to get it to fit into the PAM187. I will be interested to hear how this all works out with the movement. I thought a 7753 would just "plop" into the 187 case and work like a champ, I guess nothing is that easy. To be honest I don't care if the pusher works or not, I would much rather have a date window that looks right and fits closer to the dial than the 7750. I can adjust the date with the crown if I have to.

Retail prices: PAM111H $3900 PAM112H $3650 PAM005H $???? PAM000H $3300 I saw a PAM112 on Paneristi for sale: PAM112 I also saw some new I series for sale too: Various I Series P.S. Forgot to mention I got the retail prices from the May 2006 retail price listing I have.
-
I'm all ready for the 194 too, I'd much rather have one of those over the 187. I don't need or want the chrono, just give me a date with a nice mag on it and I'm set.

I have something similar to this and I love that watch, I wear it when I fly in case my plane goes down, it would be a nice survival tool, it just needs a GPS. Here's the one I have: Casio Pathfinder As for the MP3 watch, I don't know how much I would use it, I don't use my current MP3 player all that much as it is.

Check out Paneristi, I think I saw a few of the models you have listed FS right now. Check the list there and it might help you decide.

You can tell V is more in with the 112 because it has double the pics of the others. I think he has already made up his mind, but wants a nudge from us.

I bought my loose diamond in the San Diego area when I lived down there. There was a local shop that gave me a nice price and helped me out a lot with how to choose a diamond. If you are in that area I can get the receipt out of the safe and give you the name of that store. I ended up getting a nice certified (GIA or EGL, don't remember which right now) mapped, .74 very symmetrical princess cut VS1 D diamond for ~$3000. I was happy with the deal at the time and the platinum setting with smaller side stones cost me nearly as much (different store) as the diamond. Good luck with the search and also with the engagement. Let us know when it's "official" and also what you got for her.

Here's 3 seconds worth of work to help you, put in your zip code and it will give you a more accurate price: PriceGrabber Rulez!!

And here's a nice link to use in case you were wondering what direction and how many turns per day (TPD) your watch needs: Orbita Movement Database

Hello... I Am Back With A 'watch' Review Of The Wedding
Willith replied to V's topic in General Discussion
Congratualtions!! I wish you and your new bride all the best. You do need to fire the photographer though, he chopped off your heads in all the pictures.
