  2. I hope that they'll have the 309 / 322 (same with brown dial) ready soon
  3. The worst replication this year and what's even worse is that it will sell anyway...

    Yummy

On the right girl with brown hair, tanned skin and sexy clothes it look more than good
  5. On the gen 116710 the crystal / bezel assembly is the same as on the 16610 Submariner with one gasket IMO. The GMT IIc crystal is a straight fit on the sub, too.
  6. He is, but his promises of two weeks delivery time should actually be more three or four weeks.
  7. Having had both genuine and highly modded WM9 16610 I would not buy the gen again. With some modding the WM9 is such an outstanding rep that I always felt that the gen is not worth the money.
  8. Lol, the think the T after the Subs reference no between the lugs means "Tradidionale". Never read such [censored]. The T stands for French "trous borgnes", in English "sunken holes" and is on your watch when it does not have lugholes.
  9. Hmm, if the factories modified the minute counter as Sinn did?
  10. It's a genuine Seamaster 300, not mine btw.
  11. Have a look at the pictures attached. See how flat the case and how high the bezel is? The knurled part of the bezel is very thin on the gen, but thicker on the Eurotimez-rep. The Omega on the crown is too big and too visible. The bottom of the case is wrongly shaped and obviously the engravings were done with techniques that were not available when the genuine Seamaster 300 was produced. The text is too bold and the sea monster should be surroundings only. Actually I'd say that the ET Seamster 300 is a very bad replication in comparison to other reps recently released. It is the raw mold itself that makes the problems, it is not fixable... Phongs rep is not very goot either. The 6 and 9 are clearly open on the gen and closed on phongs rep. The lume on the hour markers should overlap the minute indices completely, but they are still partly visible on phongs dial. The colour of the numbers on phongs bezel is not very realistic, too.
  12. Buying a Miyota quartz movement is not an option for most of us. Actually I would not buy any watch with a quartz movement.
  13. I overhauled the movement of my Sinn U2 today and gave it a full service including cleaning, lubrication and regulation. And regardless if it is swiss or not: If the rep factories do not try to improve the cleanliness of their assembly desks they will never be able to produce reliable movements. In my whole life I have not seen such a dirty, unlubricated or wrong lubricated movement. In my opinion asian movements of all kind can be very reliable, but not without a proper service.
  14. From the pictures on Eurotimez' homepage the bezel has the wrong shape, the case seems too high and the engravings on the case back don't look right...
  15. I repainted the second hand with Revell SM330 flat red - my U2 had the wrong second hand with a lumed tip.
  16. Hello everybody, as I stated before I think the copper sulfate capsule flaw of the rep Sinn U2 is fixable. Now here is the proof, unfortunately with bad mobile phone pics. The dial back after carefully enlarging the hole for the dot the factory put on the dial with a broach: And the other side: Countersink the hole on the back to make the new capsule fit better: I used the dot that came on the dial as new capsule after painting it light blue. Glued on dot: The dial alone: And in the watch case: Dial, hands and bezel are now off to the Ziggmeister for a professional relume with Superluminova C1. In the meantime I will service the movement and put a gen ETA datewheel on it. The rep datewheels white text is not white enough imo. The U2 is great. The GMT function is very comfortable, the watch wears great and looks very good. Actually I got a lot more compliments on it than I thought. Actually I did not think that anyone will notice it. Maybe German watches are more popular than I thought here in Germany... And the best is: All required mods are cheap and can be done easily. EDIT Before I forget mentioning: The movement spacer ring has to be modified to work with the capsule under the dial. But that is not a big task either...
  17. Yep, Precious Time offers them, but it is not a very good rep actually.
  18. have you seen those two second hands on the rep? Are we maybe getting a a7750 rattrapante?!
  19. erm, no!? http://www.jpc8118.com/000000000si01011-ssru-black-swiss-2836-p-7071.html
  20. The 15202 has a see through case back that we want to eliminate to hide the cheap ETA. So a 15002 is the only solution.
  21. Unfortunately I don't have a pic but some details. The 15002 has - No numerals - Thinner and longer hour markers - Swiss Made or T-Swiss Made-T below the six o'clock marker, not besides it - no date window surrounding - The word AUTOMATIC between the hand post and six o'clock, not below the AP logo - Lume between the A and the P in the logo. The (for me) biggest flaw of the MBW Jumbo is the case construction, which is completely wrong. A Royal Oak Jumbo - and that is the clue to the watch - does not have a case back!! It is a one piece case!!
