They took the essence of each brand & model and TRANSFORMED it to another level What brands like Rolex or other discuss and try for decades is a task of minutes to these virtues!! Absolutely love them and would love to own one :) Just think about it - these watches have what common reps and gen watches doesnt have: CHARACTER & BALLS! No more silly questions wearing your Rolex (gen or rep) like: "Is this a real Rolex?" or "How much did you pay for?" With these beauties shown in this thread i imagine conversations beeing more like: "Da_mn?!!" "Whats THAT on your arm??" "MAN, wait, wait, wait... wait!!" "Man, your watch... WT_F!!" And reactions like these will certainly add BALLS & CHARACTER to the wearer Just my 2

Well i am not so picky about details as mentioned from others above - rep or gen - although i can somehow understand the members ONLY THING id love to change about Rolex is the total noobness seeming infinite to me... attached to the wearers Doesnt seem to be much of a difference whether its gen or rep, but ive noticed more noobness attached to some gen-wearers! I could name straight 5 persons (close workmates) wearing GEN rolex with virtually "0" anticipation, not only towards watches but also towards women, towards cars, life etc. etc. ... Its almost like this people didnt pay "in cash" for their watches but with their brains (or what was left at moment of purchase) ----------------------------------------------------------------- OT: I had a similar situation concerning cars and brands which lead me to buy an Alfa-Romeo rather than a BMW back in 1998 - because the amount of a$$hats (sorry) i knew driving BMWs was too large for me Hope i didnt offend anyone here (RWG) but i guess most of the people i point too where to be located outside our boards and out of this world somehow Cheers! Hi sharkrun! Finish looks also fine from the side... is it just my eyes - besides from the smaller rubber ring viewed from the side under the bezel there seems to be no big difference in height to the ROO? Would be fine if you could tell height in mm Thanks! George

Nice watch - rep might be not sooo acurate but i like the look !! Could you post also some pics (sideview) of the watch? I guess biggest difference compared to ROO has to be also the thickness?? Wear it well, George

damnit... somethings wrong with the search-function - makes me loose threads that i replied to??? ------------------------------- @Mimi try simple polishing-cloth you can get at your jeweler! no special chemical (separately) needed - these cloths are saturated(dry) with some polishing-chemicals - most jewelers where i am located (germany) give them away "for free"... I wouldnt try something too aggressive first. B/R George
