it's OK for a starter collection.

500 were made with the three subdials in white/silver. These are white gold models, so the three white/silver subdials are accurate. It's a rarer model. Truth is, no one excluding IWC dealers (who stock them), will ever question it, rare as it is. it's a very attractive, distinctive look, and my watchmaker (who sees all my reps) was awed by it.

Today I'm switching to this one: 1999 IWC aquatimer:

well.......I went for the st.exupery because of it's distinctive design as opposed to the 3717, which is great, but looks so much like every other IWC.

This guy should be made to get into the same ring with some bigger mother f**ker....and fight to the death.
