its quite simple all you gotta do is cut a long enough piece of floss and sneak it under the bezel with a thin blade, looping it and turning the bezel around until you feel it's tight enough. Knot it up once its there, cut off the rest and use it to tuck the leftover piece under

I'd hike up the pressure by 4 psi as long as the tire specs allow it

I was told that when you go aftermarket or pick a bigger size you add 2 psi per inch over the factory spec basically on 17s I'd run 30 psi but on 19s I'm running around 35
