  1. Well, but where should we buy it? I won't purchase from any unknown site. Not to mention the linked site sells the watches way overpriced. Maybe our dealers are able to source it cheaper.
  2. Yeah, you know I know Tell him he better does it fast! Can't wait...
  3. Here you go: This is a gen. Maybe the old versions had this color. They also used the same color in my 2005 B4B presentation booklet...
  4. I'm just about to get my first car Not a Bentley though... As for the DW color, I've seen some gens with bright red (exactly like this rep) DW. No problem here. Greetz.
  5. Well, that's what I'm talking about
  6. Hi all, Firstly, I'm sorry for writing with capital letters, but damnit, it's my favourite watch. Secondly, we all know that there has been a 'quality' replica with 28,8k A7750 (with secs at 9 and regular 60s chrono, which was an obvious flaw). This version has the low-beat A7750, has seconds at 3 like gen, and the site claims that it has the 30s chrono as per gen. What do you guys think? http://www.eta911.com/shop/step1.php?number=2750 (click on the pic to view all of 'em) Waiting for your inputs!
  7. lol, I don't spend too much time with that, I can have any girl I want, no big deal here I love this quote, but forgot who wrote it, I'm sorry: "girls can be replaced easily, good watches are hard to find" or something like that Greetz.
  8. Hi there Toad I know you love your V3, and I don't want to say anything bad about it But although the font is more crisp, it's a bit too thick, and the numbers are further from the edge of the bezel than the gen/V2. The caseback is definetely better on the V3, it's 99% perfect (I'd say 100%, but no rep is 100 as we know... ) I posted this in another thread: " Here's the pic. The 'tells' are: -Pearl should be smaller and sunken into the bezel -Numerals on the bezel should go more towards the edge of the bezel -Numeral '1' on the bezel is stamped with wrong font -Pushers are too long Now here's the pic: " PS: don't look at the dial... 9. In regards of the Skyland go for the V2. It's more accurate. The V3 is also nice and a bit cheaper as well. Decide yourself. Greetz.
  10. Love the white one... The super rep is possible, with the same movt. mod used in the MBL. Will need Francisco's DW raising mod though. And please REP THE MESH BRACELET AS WELL!
  11. Yes, you're right about the sfso. asian - mineral w/o AR swiss - sapphire w/ AR
  12. BTW, Dave, what's up with your blue small wings dial SA franken on pro1? Have you finished it yet? Looking forward to seeing pics Greetz.
  13. I love that one... Nice wristshot, wear it well!
  14. Nice writeup. Should be a sticky imo. Thanks!
  15. Yes, the only 'tell' would be the novodiac shock absorb system on the rep.
  16. Get a V2 skyland and get the movement serviced in one year / as soon as it dies. You'll end up pricewise near the seawolf, but you'll have a reliable chronograph instead of a 'stock' watch. My 0.02
  17. You can add a rep clasp to make it look more 'genish'. It'll be really close then.
  18. A pic would help a lot.
  19. Why don't you take those 3 links out? Do you have extra links?
  20. Yeah, something like that I think...
  21. Love 'em! Wear them well!
  22. Here's the pic. The 'tells' are: -Pearl should be smaller and sunken into the bezel -Numerals on the bezel should go more towards the edge of the bezel -Numeral '1' on the bezel is stamped with wrong font -Pushers are too long Now here's the pic:
  23. Yes, this is a V1 / V3 rep. Made you a good pic of pointing it out, will post it later today
  24. This was also my first watch (but in black). It's been reliable, I had to send it in for a full service after 9 months. But you know how this goes in the rep game... Yours might be fine even for five years, or only for a week or less...
