  1. Oke smart [censored], just give me a while to work out how the hell you worked that! /me realises he can't and emails math professor mate for answer. Col.
  2. JetMid has the best TRL. JetMid invented the TRL. He also crossed it. Col.
  3. Welcome to the font of all (well, most) rep knowledge! Use the search button (if it's working ATM ) and read, read, read. If that don't work, ask. We rarely bite! Regards, Col.
  4. Added. Brisbane is definiatly on for a GTG. Hopefully sometime before xmas. Col.
  5. Lost 5 grand how exactly? A lot of folk lost money on that due to him. You do realise that don't you? Have you read this whole thread? Col.
  6. LOL at FM 0deg F or C? Frozen paint balls would hurt real bad! Soft ones are bad enough. Best thing for neck protection is a piece of "Scrim" a sort of very open weave mesh cloth in camo patten. Bunched up it provides great protection. Here in OZ they now make you wear full face shields like a BMX rider uses. Back in the good old days it was just safty glasses, much more fun Love that PB MG! Wow. Col.
  7. Not a dealer here but Time4Direct has some real nice Pams under 200 bucks. Even a cpl in the 120 dollar range. Closer to 200 you get one with the cannon pinion mod allready done and saphire crystal. Col.
  8. And that. I share and feel your pain KB. Col.
  9. Yep, the USD is going down however and that is not good news for us either as it pushes up prices as the USD loses ground against the yuan. We want the AUD to go up without the USD losing ground. Still, we are a lot better off than we were a cpl of weeks ago. Don't forget however that it kills Aussie exports so the whole scene is not rosey. Col.
  10. Oke, we now have 12 Sydney siders so I am just waiting for someone to volenteer to find/supply a venue and we're away for a Syd GTG. How about it Sydneysiders? Brisbane is also on the cards, I'll organise that one. We have a total of 6 in SEQ so if we all can get to Brisbane somewhere on the same day that's enough for a party. Col.
  11. Good God you lot! Ever heard of the internal combustion engine? You're all mad, mad I tells ya. Col.
  12. Hey Pam Man, welcome to RWG2. Click the link in my sig and join the Aussie list! Col.
  13. http://www.rwgforum.com/tracker/ The tracker is designed to be a reporting system for any site problems and enables you to see that the problem is being delt with and when it's solved. Col.
  14. He still causing problems is he? Avoid like plague! Col.
  15. You too huh? For me it doesn't hang, just loads with huge grey boxes in between the blocks of text. FF here too. Have you added this to the tracker? Col.
  16. LOL, well done with the tools at hand. I would sugest having a ask at your local cabinet makers tho. They will have offcuts large enough for what you need that would be thrown away otherwise. That way you can get some nice exotic veneer to play with for little or nothing. There is proberly a laser cutting joint near you who could cut you a dial out of the veneer for 20 or 30 bucks. For not much more you could have a few done at once. No, I seem to recall it's plastic wood. Nid not somone from here or RWI do a "real wood" mod on the Cousteau? I'd rather have a piece of the Calypso than a piece of the Titanic in my watch. Col.
  17. Sounds a great idea! A museum tho, not just an art gallery. It needs to include any landmark subject. For example BT's first review, the first ever post and the first post by a non admin, a board history, the interviews with the admin team and even what ever the RWG2 equivilent of jetmid is. All the stuff that made board history 'cause that's what a museum is for. Col.
  18. OMG! That is stunning. 27 feet! 100 grand is razy cheap. You could not build that for twice that let alone have it built for you. One of my alltime favorite locos from one of my favorite railroads too. I remember this apearing in Trains many years ago. Irealy must get around to sorting and indexing all my mags. Where trhe hell would you run it tho? It needs to be running but you would need a lot of space, not just your average garden railway. What's the guage on that thing? Nanuq: I have a half completed G scale WP&Y cabose at dad's waiting for me to have a spare 3 or 400 hours to finish it. All I gotta do then is perfect G scale icicles and snow. Col.
  19. "Give away" tourbies? Nice safe mind you. Um, does that watch actualy tell time? Col.
  20. OI! He's our villin and you can't have him! I belive Dave needs a home . . .  Col.
  21. Not only Sydney KB. It goes all the way up to Brisbane! That's over 1000km folks, some dust storm. Col.
  22. Yep, I can confirm that your Getat will come with V10 if you ask for it. He also does a full 5 position test on a timer on every watch before it goes out now! TIMER TEST Col.
