Thanx tripleS ... guess i was asleep back in september '07...
-
I think so too. Looking forward to the movie! I always love a good Bond movie... would be greta if they made say 10 every year
-
I didn't know that... haven't seen any posts about it here either... Yes i know, but the last i have seen are pictures of the prototype mvt based on the A7750... no prototype based on unitas and nothing near ready. This one is ready... not high quality and it misses quite some functions... but it's in production. But apperently not available from our dealers which amazes me!

Hi guys... look what i found on iOffer... a bad copy of the PAM233. It should have a 8 days power reserve indicator (horizontal) and is far from perfect... but the P.2002 movement is copied already so to see. Also not a perfect copy, but hey... it's a start

IWC BP versus PAM 233? - Further Question
yellomen replied to Watchmeister's topic in General Discussion
I'd go for the Panerai but like Rolli says there are known problems with the movement... so presuade him to look at a Panerai with the later in-house mvt... or the PAM190 8 days with JLC mvt -
Good reading material, thanx

Nice straps Chief! And it is indeed great customer service.

Looks good Vacuum! That's the only thing missing on my VCO... and a correct cross
-
Sorry to hear this won't happen... i would be interested if it did happen! PS. a 7751 is a 7750 with moonphase and month, next to the day/date function on the regular 7750. You can make both movement into manual wind mvt just by removing the automatic winding system, but a regular 7751 is automatic.

Hey... where are the pixx with hot chicks in bikinis?? Man... i have know this since i was a young kid, but i life in the wrong place of the world. The weather here... would be best described as autumn... from may untill march... the last years we have sring and summer in april ... and that's it for sunshine
-
If they at least fix the serial numbers in the caseback and print the "L SWISS MADE L" further away from the 6...
-
Very nice!! I like Oris, but this is not my favorite Oris model... that would be the Carlos Coste Limited Edition... an awesome monster But i am amazed again that they copy some watches (even simple watches) with so many flaws... and others come out with hardly any flaw... just like that. Impressive!

Hahaha... he seems in permanent brain freeze

Good idea... let's do it again BUMP BUMP BUMP BUMP BUMP

What watch(es) you'd like to see replicated in 2008?
yellomen replied to By-Tor's topic in General Discussion
Yes on all four watches... + the Panerai Radiomir automatic please ... and a quality rep of the JLC Compressor series! -
Yes m8... life is getting sooo expensive. Sometimes i wish we where back in the old days when we had some cat.X, Y or Z replicas for around $100,- ... now they copy everything so good that you really want it... it it's priced so high that i can't afford all that i want It's not fair
-
why not a cool lowrider
-
Look here
-
Any idea of the price?

So the oversized Chronofighter... here are some pixx of this 46mm huge monster. I also heard they would replicate the Swordfish... again a 46mm biggy... But personally i would only want this one... the 'normal' Chronofighter, 43mm version... it's a more decent size and i would actually wear it! The oversize is too much for me as is the Swordfish... fashion watches IMHO... out of style within a year or two. But this one is bound to become a classic i think
-
Let's hope so, cause this one has too many flaws for me to spent $250 - $300 on... this is a price that is good for a replica that is difficult to replica (say like the IWC Aquatimer) and is very, very close and without dumb mistakes that we even didn't go for 4 years ago. To me the flaws and the high price don't mix...

On the website of Seagull i also saw some minute repeaters!! It's sooooo great what these guys are pulling off... spectaculair!! This will bring a big impact to the swiss watch industry! Years after they overcome the quartz revolution that was lead by the asian friends... now they have to figure out what to do with serious high end watches from the far east. respect for China!!!!

i'm in love... now i need to sell something fast so i can buy this one :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Thanx HammerTime!! I've been wanting a good PAM252 for a long time now and it's good to see it can you finally found one. Although there are still some issues, as always... it is quite close and i am really tempted... but broke as well, so i'll have to wait or seel something first. Thanx for a great review

Amazing pictures Rich!! Very very imprssive... oh yeah... nice watch BTW... very nice watch. Looks like the distance between the "L SWISS L" and the 6 is big enough.
