You whish! recently i got outbid in ebay for a gen ebel with El Primero movement. my limit was 1100 eur (about 1400 usd) then another guy ended getting watch for 1110 eur. You have to put a limit when bidding...winning an auction and guessing how to pay it later..no good. I have suffered from this. Dont forget about dials...they are becoming more and more expensive as we talk.. I paid for my gen dial 505 eur.

Hi, I am too looking for a vintage tropic 127 crystal. The one you have installed laz, is indeed a gen tropic from the last batch of rolex tropic... I have alredy bought a gen tropic from astorliv* in ebay..lets see if its the old or the new tropic.. I have had 4 gen tropic 127 so far...all of them genuine but a little bit bevelled. I have new snowflake tudor hands. you just have to get the military tudor dial and you will get a very nice tudor. I also have the best aftermarket inserts for rolex 1680, 5513, tudor submariner. If you are planning to do a vintage submariner tudor search the tropic 125.
